Thanks for the wonderful livestream! In my head, you and I are besties. I get so excited when you have livestreams. Listening to you talk about the Jolly family makes me laugh out loud. I'm so excited for Emma. She is going to have a great college experience. Thanks for keeping me motivated! You are the best!!!
I am also feeling “old” and have “old people problems”. Loved this and hearing about your family. You are so open and approachable. It’s beautiful that you share so much with your quilty family.
Thank you so much for showing Sherri and Chelsi’s Happy Go Lucky quilt on the ladder. I have the fabric, and have also made the quilt pattern in Emma fabric for the Linus Project in our county. It’s a nice reminder why I enjoyed that fabric line so much (I’m also finishing a Corey Yoder pattern Positively Charming in Simply Delightful fabrics.) Love your videos. They keep me inspired and full of choices for my next endeavor!
I make a bitty brick house with every quilt I make (colors play nice). I am so glad I started this because it is like a journal of your quilting journey
My daughter has been to Japan a couple of times, once with my husband and once for her senior trip. She loved it there. They both said it was very clean and safe and how polite the Japanese people are. Great video today! You are such an inspiration. I’ve learned so much from you and have gotten better with each project as I try to copy you. Thank you! ❤
How many worked in progress do you have to finish? And to make you feel better and me to be amazed how many did you finish this year? 2024? Love your videos loved the interview with Kevin. I know that was hard for him, but it was good to get to know him and his attitude and I really admire the way you treat your vendors, as well as your “competitors quote. You work with them rather than against them. 38:46
"I'm old and have old people problems," is my new favorite excuse LOL!! I can totally relate to not wanting to go to concerts and being around people too!!
Really enjoyed seeing all the projects. So much information and inspiration. Watched while baking for our last Christmas celebration of the season with members that couldn’t get together before now. Looking forward to watch again with pad and pencil and my list of current WIPS and to do list with my Lori holt 2025 calendar and do some planning. A new year is always exciting in that way.
Oh my! My head is spinning with new projects! I marked my calendar for the Coriander BOM & the RBD block challenge. Even if I don't do them, I'll at least know what they look like 😊😊
Could you tell the size of the flag quilt? I heard that there was a Nantucket 2 by Camille Roskelley coming out and I was wondering if that is right. Thank you for your time.
In the future will you be having more videos of how you make specific blocks in upcoming sew alongs? Your videos are awesome and for a newbie they are perfect for me to learn. Thank you for all you do..
Great video Kimberly and team!! I swore no more buying fabric or kits until I finish what I have here. As I’m watching I’m in your site reserving the new kits!! You excite me so much and I want all those quilts too!! I have the witch , the snowman, the Christmas stockings, moonbeams that I haven’t started. I get caught up because the starching is hard for me, the big pieces as I have myasthenia gravis. But I’m determined. I’m doing the 2024 mystery blocks and they do make me sew as I use my Marys best press on the small pieces and it has worked out well so far. I’m making the dog block right now. I fell behind with the holidays but I’ll catch up. Thanks for sharing your family stories I love them so much. I watch Pricilla and Chelsea every week too !! You guys keep me going!! Oh I have Millie’s Dresses kit too!!
Sorry, that was abrupt! 🙂 I'm just in awe of organization! Kimberly, I've only just discovered you and you do so many lovely things! Thanks for sharing!
Good morning watched the video and let me say you are awesome ❤ everything is so beautiful loved all the quilts I will keep on watching thank you have a great weekend ❤❤
I am so happy to have had a livestream today. I really missed them. Of course, they often cause me to have to buy even more fabric and stuff so there is that. Happy New Year to you and your staff.
Happy 🥳 2025. I am looking forward to the Scrappy Americana Flag and Autumn Nights Mystery quilts. My two favorite types of quilts to make, Patriotic and Fall.
You sound like such a curmudgeon, Kimberly! I had to laugh at the whole flight issue. As far as the projects you all have in the works, many of them sound great but good grief, I can’t sew that fast! I’m also a longarmer so my projects are mine from start to finish. Thanks for the update, it was fun to listen to.
Great livestream Kimberly! Absolutely live everything FQS! PS: I like the suggestion of foundation paper piecing in the sew sampler boxes. I am participating in the Dragon Fruit BOM, my first time using foundation paper, and I love it! 😊
Kimberly I love how organized you are. I have been searching for your quilt journal notebook and can’t find it anywhere in your shop or elsewhere. Can you help me get one?
I make ug batches of sauce and freeze into smaller containers for lasagna , chicken parm, stuffed shells or pasta. The sauce is so much better the next day ar frozen. TFS
My star blocks are amazing. I made the step block, but it is smaller than the star. I cut the steps on the line that stated trim here. Should I have left that?
Will it be possible to purchase a bolt of the Americana Denim? I'm planning on making a dress and it would go great with the scrappy paper stars for sashing and border with scrapy cornerstones. Great range of projects for 2025, thank you for show and tell.❤😊
Kimberly mentioned she uses faultless starch. I know she starches before she cuts but I thought I heard her mention she lays fabric to dry. How does she do this it’s a spray starch? Does she have a video on her starch process? Does she wash quilt after binded, to remove the starch and set colors?
When i receive fabric that has the plastic wrapping on it is that suppose to be removed? It may be years before the fabric is used and i didn't won't my fabric to get ruined.
Aurifil Fairyfrost is perfect piecing. This pale color blends with light medium and dark. I bought the color by accident. It is a happy accident, as I use that color for everthing, reproductions to modern.
We all know the real reason why kimberly doesn't let her husband watch any live stream because if he did GUARANTED he'd have a stroke with how much fabric she wastes

Great idea!!!
Thanks!
So happy to start off the year with a live! Even if I didn’t actually watch it live. ❤
I like the quilt journal page that you write your notes and supplies on. I should do that. 🙂
I am so glad that you mentioned the liquid starch, I have looked for liquid starch and so far have not had much luck. Thanks, Kimberly.
Yes the stay flo that was 2$ is like 10 now!!!
I love hearing about all your 2025 plans Kimberley! Thanks for sharing. Best wishes to you and the whole family (and FQS team!) for the new year.

Me too!! No thanks!!

I’m still working on month ONE of Dragon Fruit!!! But enjoying the process

Love hearing about your family. All of the new projects are wonderful.
Could you tell the size of the flag quilt?
I heard that there was a Nantucket 2 by Camille Roskelley coming out and I was wondering if that is right.
Thank you for your time.
The backs of Kimberly's blocks are always pressed so neatly. I would never get those Sunburst quilt blocks that neat on the back 😅
In the future will you be having more videos of how you make specific blocks in upcoming sew alongs? Your videos are awesome and for a newbie they are perfect for me to learn. Thank you for all you do..

Thank you so much for the vintage Christmas blocks that we can see! You all are awesome !!!
I joined today as I have had so much help from Kimberley when I have a problem with something I am doing. Thank you. Didn’t realise I wasn’t subbed.
Good morning watched the video and let me say you are awesome ❤ everything is so beautiful loved all the quilts I will keep on watching thank you have a great weekend ❤❤
Thank you for a great Livestream... Looking forward to all the fun of 2025!!!
Hello, I would love it if you offered more fpp quilt kits/BOM like the dragon fruit quilt. It is so much fun!!
Oh! Just got my answer as you discussed the Vintage Christmas quilt Along. I can now find blog, thanks.
Watched the replay and loved loved it. Wish kits were starched already also. 🥰
What a chock full video. Thank you for sharing. Happy 2025 ❤🎉
Great Livestream. Love your quilt plans for 2025.
I am so happy to have had a livestream today. I really missed them. Of course, they often cause me to have to buy even more fabric and stuff so there is that. Happy New Year to you and your staff.

Kimberly, take the trips, make the memories - YOLO
Agree!! If you can go with your kids anywhere please do it. You will not regret it. The fabric will wait!!!
🎉Happy New Year!🎉
Great video Kimberly! Very enjoyable.
Kimberly and team...beautiful posting ❤

Happy New Year Kimberly and everyone at FQS! Such a fun livestream today!

Thankyou for all you do
I just finished a "Lori style circle" quilt, 80 blocks. There was a learning curve (pun) on stitching the circles, but came out great!
Happy New Year to you and your wonderful staff! Loved the show!
Wow...how do you stay organized with your time...how do you manage so many projects at one time? Can you share a "weekly schedule"? Thanks so much.
I hope you do more you tube videos this year!!!
Love the houses. With the smaller collections you could use the reverse side of the fabric to add to the color ways? Cheers bronne
Kimberly I love how organized you are. I have been searching for your quilt journal notebook and can’t find it anywhere in your shop or elsewhere. Can you help me get one?
For the vintage Christmas sew along using hometown holiday, are there coordinating solids you recommend if not using the patterned backgrounds shown?
2025 lineup is exciting! ❤
Amazing information, so many quilts. Congrats on your daughter going to TCU, was that where she wanted.
I make ug batches of sauce and freeze into smaller containers for lasagna , chicken parm, stuffed shells or pasta. The sauce is so much better the next day ar frozen. TFS
Thanks for all the info. I guess I am going to be very busy 😜
Thank you.
My star blocks are amazing. I made the step block, but it is smaller than the star. I cut the steps on the line that stated trim here. Should I have left that?
Yes I do. I struggle, I probably do have ADHD, somedays my brain spins, I can't find my words. Im 71. And I enjoy your videos.
What journal do you find is the best for quilting??
Will it be possible to purchase a bolt of the Americana Denim? I'm planning on making a dress and it would go great with the scrappy paper stars for sashing and border with scrapy cornerstones. Great range of projects for 2025, thank you for show and tell.❤😊
Where do I go to sign up for the Corey Yoder mystery quilt bom
This was so fun and informative! Thanks for sharing! Q: what is the name of the cute heart quilt behind Kimberly in this studio shot? Thanks!
Looking for the name of the quilt displayed on the right ladder of Behind the Seams. Blocks were churn dash and nine patch.
Do you know if Fat Quarter shop will be getting the Vintage Christmas fabric kit soon?
Will the fat quarter bundle work for it all
Watching on my tv today
Amazing quilts!
When you did the woven star blocks, did you take the paper off? Or is it better to keep on until blocks are all sewn together?
Can you share your storage when having so many projects? How do you label them and keep track of 14:55
Kimberly uses www.fatquartershop.com/aqua-super-satchel-double-deep-artbin and a label maker
Hello from Arkansas
With paper piecing patterns, is that the only way to make those? Or is it just easier?
Do you have the trays available that you use to display your blocks? They are too cute!!!
Kimberly mentioned she uses faultless starch. I know she starches before she cuts but I thought I heard her mention she lays fabric to dry. How does she do this it’s a spray starch? Does she have a video on her starch process? Does she wash quilt after binded, to remove the starch and set colors?
She does have a video on how she starches. She doesn’t like to wash her quilts. I believe she hangs the starched fabric on a drying rack.
I think the second to the last block for the mercantile Sampler is wrong. I may be wrong, but it somewhat looked like it to me.
Do you sell the project planning sheets and notebook ?
When i receive fabric that has the plastic wrapping on it is that suppose to be removed? It may be years before the fabric is used and i didn't won't my fabric to get ruined.
Are you going to have a 12in Woven triangle paper?
Where can I find the pattern for the Mercantile free quilt pattern?
Where can i get a copy of Kimberly's notebook?
What about 8” woven star foundation paper?
Will there be a "new fabrics" live stream?
I’m technology challenged, please tell me how to find your blog. Is it written or video? Thank you.
Is there pattern for the 25-patch quit?
Aurifil Fairyfrost is perfect piecing. This pale color blends with light medium and dark. I bought the color by accident. It is a happy accident, as I use that color for everthing, reproductions to modern.
When will 18” and 14” design boards be back in stock?

Venison is deer meat.
Why does the video gets blurry a lot? Hard to watch.
Hello Diana! Please make sure that your quality is set to 1080p.
Thank you!
