This is happening to me right now!!! I am out $70k!!! How can I join this? Is this still going on?? They will not help me either! They are absolute crooks, and I am not a complainer either but this is ridiculous, and I have not received anything for what I have paid them! They say now I owe them an additional $126K!!!! I only agreed to pay a total of $118K!!! Never was I told of a total more than this...PLEASE HELP!
We are having a similar issue with them. Paid $16k. They hurried us as "cost of steel going up" very bait and switch as 48k building quickly turned into 80k building.
I almost bought from this company! Thank god I saw this story! BBB is no legit! Companies pay for their ratings! I know this because they was $1000 to buy an A rating for my small business!
Just started to do insulation on my building. I don’t have all my insulation they said since it took me so long to get to that point granite has been six months but building the building in the winter is kinda hard I’m half my order short of insulation and they said we can get you another quote, although I’ve already paid for it.
It’s crazy how many people don’t read the contract they are signing before giving a company tens of thousands of dollars.
General Steel payed the “buy now, prices go up next week” with me too
I had the same problem it took me 1 year to get my building blue prints, 2.5 years to get my building delivered, on top of it the price went up 20K.
