    Listing to this interview. Being chronically ill most of my life. I believe that, my illness is self induced, self pit, and negative self talk. Even I am appeared to be successful and happy to others. Dr. Dispenza, is saying the truth about most of us. I am changing my mind, and reprograming myself to let go. It is working. Thanks for the sharing. Lots of love. Nova Burke,

      +Mike Diz ...he really is...I think what has happened is that people do realize how much Dr. Joe has grown beyond is What the Bleep days. It was after this that he went through some major changes as he shares in his book. I didn't realize that and didn't realize the real depth and authenticity and for goodness sake PROOF...anyone who doubts should check out the all the testimonials!

      Yvonne Garcia I just went to a 4 day workshop with him and it was incredible. He's very down to earth, funny, and very empowering. If you ever had a chance to see him live and go to one of his workshops I'd highly recommend it.

      +CJ Liu I plan to. I have spent 35 years in meditation etc. Dr. Joe has distilled something and presented in such a way that if you know too "much" like I do :-) you can miss it. You have to do the work :-)

    I like him but I highly question his statement that 95 % of health conditions are caused by poor lifestyle choices. I would like to learn how anyone can make a statement such as this.

    • @CJLiu
      @CJLiu  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I know +dina winkel . I"ve talked to several people on the show including Dr. Bernie Siegel. I asked if someone got a cold if it was due to their spiritual state and he said that if you are stressed that you are more susceptible to a cold, which equates to a lifestyle choice (living in stress). Same with cancer. I get it. It's a bit hard to swallow.

      Hello CJ- Thanks for responding. A quick question: what about all the genetic disorders,conditions that very young or older children get ie cerebral palsy, MS, Ehlers Danlos, MCAD, POTS, cancers, to name a few? I have multiple genetic disorders and don't feel that lowering my stress level or positive meditations are going to be the "magic cure" to alleviate my bleeding disorder, my connective tissue disorder, my heart valve prolapse, my double scoliosis, and my Medullary Sponge Kidney condition- as well as other conditions I have. Yes, lowering stress is always a good thing as well as thinking positively but I'm very concerned what sharing this philosophy does to create unnecessary guilt on those suffering. Adopting this philosophy can lead those with such conditions to belief it must be their fault /
      offering false promises that if they only alleviate stressors and meditate they will overcome these medical problems. Poor lifestyle choices are one thing but many many diseases and chronic conditions are not due to lifestyle choices I'm a living testimony to that.

      Really good points dina winkel. The premise of this work is that there is a universal healing intelligence that you can tap by meditating. We lose connection via our thoughts that mire us in our body and a certain level of thinking. The bottom line is that there is a "spiritual story" to explain everything. In this case, it's not about guilt, but possibility to tap into something bigger, greater, that has healing abilities. Dr. Joe talks about incredible healing that occur including cancers, etc, as a result of doing his work. It's not just about stress, but about your thoughts, beliefs, and shifting them towards possibility. It's about shifting our mind (our thoughts, beliefs) as a way of shifting our bodies health. I have been listening to his CD's and really like them. He mentioned in his seminar that someone tried this for 3 mos and was able to have substantial health benefits. It's not a magic pill, as most of his stories involved doing the meditations daily for 3-6-9-12 mos. I don't think his intention is to make us feel guilty, but to empower us with choices. I get it though, as I suffer from guilt. It's awful. Think about getting his breaking habit CD, which has a process of letting go of guilt and other negative emotions.

      dina winkel of course that’s correct. It’s proven negative people (people who continuously have negative thoughts and don’t control them or those who stress both low frequencies) get more colds and flu and take longer to recover. We have a power within us that can’t be denied. When we start being grateful and shift focus and we get into sync with that divine power magic happens not only in healing but you can manifest things you want so easily in life 🧡

      dina winkel he briefly talk about those genetics in his book “you are the placebo”. But i forgot what he said and where exactly it was said. You can just check it out, just search “you are the placebo pdf drive”. That’s where i got his book but that was many years ago.

    Good show. HORRIBLE background noise. Had to focus on tuning out the blurbs, bleeps, and giggles. No worries found some other interviews where he says the same thing just different Channel.
