I made this paneer tikka. I used normal garam masala. Rest I followed exactly..the BEST paneer tikka I have ever made, pukka restaurant style and even better tasting. Simply superb!! Only extra I did was steam the paneer, it was so soft on the inside, crispy on outside, mind blowing!
