Dear Bhat sir, few inference I wish to say 1. Now the cost of vada pav in Bombay at train is Rs 20/- 2. The fantastic vada pav you can get at the train only at lonavala railway station (next station to Pune junction) 3. You can get the real and tastiest vada pav and pani puri only at street shops of Bombay. None of the Indian cities have the original taste of pani puri and vada pav. I visited and tasted most of the Indian cities. Bombay is the best for vada pav and chats 4. One doubt why can’t we call it as bonda pav instead of vada pav. Since potato 🥔 bonda is concealed in the pav. So we name it hereafter bonda pav.

Would be extremely grateful if you can advise us on kitchen utensils, stove, and other infrastructure and aids ....including material, manufacturer, where to buy, capacity etc e g kadai, pans, ( non stick ) knives, spatulas, pressure cookers, etc etc as it will be very helpful considering the wide range available in the market. Instead of sev on the pav, you could've used the churra made while frying the vada. It'll be same as Dadar's Kirti college Vada Pav. Thank you for sharing the recipe of my Love
Excellent chef. Oru doubt. Why do you use only kashmiri or beduge chillies? It will spoil the yellow color of the dish and absolutely no karam illaiya?

Yes it is aamchi mumbai's fav dish. But if one wants to make it dadar's vada pav one should add ginger and garlic smashed. It is more tasty🙏👌
