I always find forcing the back of the laptop hard because I usually break some plastic. But this technique actually made it easier. Didn't have a damage this time! Thanks for the video man.
Thanks for the tutorial. I would recommend touching a shiny screw on the PC to discharge any static electricity in your body, before touching any part of the components, especially the circuit.
Glad it helped. If you haven't already, please like and subscribe so others can find my videos and possibly consider watching a few others to get the algorithm to recommend my channel. Thanks!

I had this laptop and I bought crucial p5 plus 1tb m.2 but doesn't fit. Can you please recommend any adapter to make it work will be great if send amazon link for the adapter
And for the m.2 ssd, I have laptop models like this, seems like they all have m.2 ssd slot but unfortunately it's SATA, you can tell when the notch in the slot is on the left, the nvme slot has it's notch on the right
Nah, the notch is always on the left. I've never seen one on the right. You can watch my thousands of repair videos and you'll see. Sometimes they support both sata and pcie nvme as well.
@@ItsBinhRepaired I agree with you on some ports supporting both standards, as for the notch position, from the angle that the drive enters the slot, for nvme only slot, notch is on the right, SATA slot notch is on the left.
Have you ever upgraded the mobo on the HP 15 bs series laptop? Found a tossed out HP 15 bs212, laptop works (CD player seems stuck / won't open) but the unit has the Celeron 1.1 Ghz CPU! 😴 Its actually a nice laptop. Looks like it has Win 10 (Home probably). Think the max RAM supported might be 8 GB. So the CD player is not the slim type?
@@ItsBinhRepaired yes the actual CPU can't be upgraded, but have you replaced the entire mobo with one that has a better performing CPU? Can the Celeron mobo be upgraded to an i3 or i5 mobo? An improvement!!

Yup, fingernails work best. Lol

I have the 15-bs020wm model, it doesn't have a second ram slot but what confused me was a lack of a fan
its just a piece of metal attached to the cpu
Must be a low powered cpu
@@ItsBinhRepaired it's a quad core pentium, not sure which one
I see

It doesn't fit in the slot on the other side of the trackpad?
I really need to know, do the bs series support m2 nvme? i installed an m2 SATA on bs060wm, it works, but i want to get the nvme

@Ayaat Onusi I've had a lot of nvme only sockets that don't follow this rule.
@@ItsBinhRepaired I would like to see the port, could you suggest a video that showed this port
@@Ay.videos not sure. Most m.2 SSD laptops I worked on.

It's soldered to the motherboard

If it's for the same model laptop, yes. Make sure the heatsink is the same.
can use hdd caddy or not?
What do you mean?
Bro m.2 ssd is better or normal ssd is better ...and also can u give cost compared
M.2 is better. Cost is very similar. How much storage do you need?

can it read NVMe or only m2 sata?
I only know what's in the video.
