Don't overdo anything. Be moderate Don't over eat, over talk, over angry, over cry, over laugh, over exercise, overdose tv and mobile, over sleeping, over drinking etc . Automatically overthinking will never happen. If your body is reacting negatively in your work signalling of too much. Then stop it and rest.

For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, at office, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. A cause to bring paradigm shift from scarcity to abundance mindset. For example, student debt is usd 1.8 trillion crisis in USA and expected to fast catch up in India. मन चंगा तो कटौती में गंगा। इन्सान की सफलता और असफलता सब उसके मन पर ही निर्भर करती है। अगर उसका मन शान्त है और स्वयं में केंद्रित है तो वह बड़े से बड़े लक्ष्य को बहुत ही आसानी से प्राप्त कर सकता है। इसके विपरीत यदि मन में शान्ति ना हो तो वह चाहे कितना भी बुद्धिमान क्यों ना हो अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त कर ही नहीं पाता।

@@p.s.4893 Please first start doing Yoga (Aasana & Pranayama in the guidance of a Yoga Teacher or watch Swami Ramdev Ji's Yoga Videos carefully and then start doing Aasana & Pranayama) around 30 minutes everyday and in this Yoga session's end just start chanting ॐ 5 minutes and concentrate yourself on only ॐ (first inhale and exhale with chanting ॐ). Slowly slowly your body & mind will be in your control and then you will be able to do meditation very easily.🧘♂

For example, student debt is usd 1.8 trillion crisis in USA and expected to fast catch up in India. So idea is to make a song where youth & students can create wealth from their student loan / emi. To bring a mindset shift of creating abundance.
