your excitement is exactly why i have to go to meetings! i NEED the advice/inspiration from lifetimers, the instructions from the leader as well as other members and even though i weigh at home, i still attend every week and my meeting is 25 minutes away, it's a must do for me. i'm happy to see you back to meetings and excited for the program. i will be honest, i have quit watching you the last few months because it just seemed like you didn't have a focus and you were also using so many ingredients that i do not buy so didn't know how to adjust recipes. i'm needing to get my focus back as i've just been maintaining the last month or so rather than losing so i can reach my goal before the end of the year. we have a huge disneyland trip in november that i want to be at goal by and i'm also working hard on building up my walking so i can keep up with my son, daughter in law and 5 yr old granddaughter. the leader reminded me today that i might try to focus on my why (i had said i need to figure out if eating what i have been is worth it and she kind of reworded it for me) and i think that will help. i got so much out of today's meeting (i went this morning also) and will take that momentum into the week with me. let's do this!
For me I think I put the WW politics in front of what I needed to do and now that meetings are only 20 mins I plan on going every week and just follow the plan. Welcome back

I personally would love to see your weekly topic videos uploaded on Saturday like you used to because that’s when my week starts and every Saturday I forget that you changed to Monday and then forget to look Monday lol . I think a lot of people new week starts Friday , Saturday or Sunday rather than Monday so I’m praying 🙏🏻 you bring it back to Saturdays as you mentioned on the video of that possibility ❤. Good for you! I have a light dress that I always wear to get weighed in. I also weighed my bras and underpants on my WW food scale (haha!) to find the lightest ones and I wear nylon stocking material peds on my feet. As a former leader/coach, I know all the tricks!

I'm so happy you're back at WW. I felt excited seeing you excited. I wish you all success with it. I just got out of 12 stupid days in the hospital. They had me on a "cardiac" meal plan which is basically lower salt and fat. I lost 8 pounds which I'm hoping gives me the kickstart to eating better again. What their meal plan did was give me a hard lesson on serving sizes and yes I can be happy with the smaller (than my normal) portions. I was only hungry one evening and I asked for a snack and they gave me 2 little digestive cookies. That did the trick. One breakfast for example was: 1 boiled egg, 1 Engish muffin, 1 pkt jam, 1/2 cup rice krispies, 1/2 cup blueberries, 3/4 cup lactose-free milk, coffee, 1 pkt white sugar, 1 pkt brown sugar One lunch was: about 1 1/4 cups mostly veggie and bean chili, 1/2 cup white rice, 1/2 cup two-colour carrots, 3/4 cup lactose-free milk, pkg with 2 ounces (about 16) grapes, tea, 1 pkt sugar One dinner was: 3 ounces bbq roast beef, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1 cup mixed broccoli/cauliflower, small portion of peach crisp, tea, 1 pkt sugar, 3/4 cup lactose-free milk Note: dairy bothers my stomach so I also asked for lactose free for my meals. My point though is all the meals were filling, balanced, and way smaller portions than I would have had and I was full at each meal. When I got out of the hospital yesterday, I felt I needed "real" food so I got a nice "Italian Veal Sandwich with sweet peppers" for supper and could barely eat half I was so full. They wrecked and adjusted my stomach both. I'm hoping to continue with the momentum now with a positive brain and stomach.

I’m so happy for you being able to go to in-person meetings. We haven’t had one here since March 2020. I have cancelled my subscription with WW because it’s 90+ miles one way to the closest one for me. If we ever get them back here, I will reconsider and be open minded to new possibilities. I love your excitement.😊
yay!!! so excited you went back to meetings, to keep the consistency, I wear the same clothes every week, when i go to ww. Even in the winter, what I do in the cold months is take a change of clothes, after you weigh in, change into your winter clothes. I call it my ww uniform. And you make new ww friends!!!

I’ve come to the conclusion over the years that Fridays are the best days for me to weigh in because I usually do fantastic during the work week and then maybe have a few more indulgence on the weekends.… And it all balances out if I wait till Friday to weigh in. I’ve been trying to incorporate more cottage cheese in my daily meals… I can’t believe how much protein it has! I’m glad you’re super excited about the meetings and wish you great success! You go girl! You've got this. I am lifetime member below goal but haven't been to a meeting since 2021. You are so lucky to have a meeting only 20 minutes away. I have to go to one in August to retain my lifetime status but the drive is over an hour! I really miss the meetings but so many were closed and an hour's drive means another hour to get home as well.

Morning from the uk how lovely you have got back to class I love your excitement ❤ and love our classes too I’m lucky I can walk I weigh in on a Saturday ( 8 am) but go to a Tuesday class as well and sometimes jump on a virtual keeps the Ww worm in my head lol 😆 I just weigh in at class I put my scales at the back on the cupboard out of sight and yes I have my lightweight clothes for my Saturday weigh in met up with friends last night and after a low pointed day food wise I allowed myself some Prosecco but had the points for didn’t have a full bottle but tracked it as a bottle so will see what the scales say this morning I like doing the diabetic plan sometimes as I feel it makes me more aware of my fruit intake HERES to a good week for you Take care Hugs x ❤

every time I manually put my weight it , it registered with them
I didn’t realize that you were diabetic and followed that WW plan. That explains when you say you get 28 points.
