Next day I had no any characters but I got Moldaver's Armor & BOS Assault Rifle (I have video about it). A and the next day I had Moldaver herself. But I have to say that I'm still waiting for Norm to join, I check it every day. Today I received him and other characters in the lunch box so I'm sure you'll get them all sooner or later. These were random lunchboxes for quests, I didn't buy them. Do you have mobile or PC version? As far as I know this update is only for mobile and I couldn't find any information about console.
