Please check, maybe you need to update your app. As far as I know, this event is available on all platforms, we'll have one new quest (every 3 days) during the creep season until the end of this month (4 new quests and new themes for 2 rooms). My rooms didn't update automatically and I had to select new themes manually (as I showed in the video), but my friend had new themes immediately when he entered the game. Hope this helps! He looks like that because of his outfit. Maybe you already have it, it's "Horror fan outfit" that gives dwellers a brown overall and a hockey mask. It provides a +4 increase to Endurance and +1 Luck to any male dweller. You can find it exploring the wasteland or craft it from Teddy bear x4, Toy car x3, Baseball glove x2 and outfit recipe (that can be found in the wasteland as well)

Next day I had no characters but I got Moldaver's Armor & BOS Assault Rifle (I have video about it). A and the next day I had Lee Moldaver herself. Only after the third update (the first was about Lucy and the others, the second about Norm, Chet, Moldever, and the third is now) I realized that they give one character every week on Friday. If it turns out that you logged in on Sunday and received one character, then the next day on Monday they will give you another, but this does not mean that every day there will be a new character. I don’t want to upset you, but I’m afraid that because I still didn’t have a pop-up message about Norm, you won’t be able to get them just like that. So I recommend you to start saving your lunchboxes and just don’t open them until the time comes and try to log in at least once every week so as not to miss the rest new characters.

We'll have Betty and Betty, and Rollerbrain pet in next 2 weeks. We can do quests and have Lucy, the Ghoul, Max, Ma June (an old lady), Snip Snip (Mr. Handy), Snake-oil salesman (those guy who love chickens), and those cute doggy ofcource. It was possible to have Norm, Chet, Lee Moldaver from pop-up messages but now they can be found only from the lunchbox. Same about Cooper Howard (in his commercial pre-war outfit), Hank and Wilzig. I hope they'll add more characters! Actually I'm almost sure that they will! I'm sure that after this update there will be Thaddeus and Steph, especially since we have a very similar hairstyle for basic characters.

Let's try to find it! You may already know this, but I’ll write it anyway, in case you’ve been playing recently and haven’t met any other pets. She should be in your inventory as other pets, and not as a character (near the vault door). You need to select any character, click on the pet and then you can select it. I advise you to check your list, the pets tab should show a mark that there's something new, then you will find a German Shepherd on a green background and CX404 on a gold background (2 new marks in total). I really hope you didn't click sell before you clicked collect! Just like me when I accidentally sold a new weapon, I wanted to look at it's name, clicked on it... and accidentally sold it before it was collected! I tried to find it but then I watched the video and I saw that instead of that weapon there was a red bottle cap with a price and that’s why it was sold.
