Tips for you brother... if you want to make it easier for you to farm item+caps... 1.open the game and start sending 1 dwellers to explore the wasteland 2. Go to your phone setting and change your date and time to manual then change your current time to 1 or 2 hours faster than the present time(you can even change the date too if you want) = this will make ingame time go faster(it xan be repeatedly used too) I got 50 dwellers in 1 day and lots of room GG
Yes, there is a 10-20 percent chance of getting a legendary baby. You must mate 2 legendary parents with maximum level 50, all status (special) full, with a legendary pet that adds (+3 children).

just upgrade them to maximum no special type, regular untrained dwellers have a chance to have legendary baby too it's just really low

after they hit lvl 50 endurance is no longer affecting hp

Can’t you just build more living quarters? Upgrading them is one thing, but having more living quarters allows you more dwellers.

I train them in spesific rooms like classroom for Intelligence and armory for Endurance. I forget all it's name.
