Never mind just figured it out. The CTP18 has both ports 443 and 80 open, going just to the IP without adding before tries to connect to port 80 which doesn't seem to be serving the application

Hi thanks for the guide. When I try to navigate to the IP of the CTP18 controller I am greeted with a 404 Not Found. Any thoughts on that?

Whats the importance of factory resetting after loading the new firmware?

Thanks for your question. Firstly, it was highlighted as a crucial step by the Yealink support team. Other than that I believe it wipes all settings that potentially relate back to Zoom ensuring it's a clean setup.

Hi, this is a really good guide. I have a slightly different scenario. I have just taken delivery of a Yealink MessageBoard 65 and CTP18. When botting up both out of the box, they are stup for Teams Room. However, we are a Zoom house need to convert both units to Zoom Meeting configuration on boot up.
Any info you might have would be really beneficial.Thank you.

Hi, It's best to speak with Yealink support in this scenario. Our experience with their support has been fantastic in the past: support.yealink.com/

Hi, Yes it should be able to when you enable 3rd party join: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/rooms/third-party-join. I would recommend you reach out directly to Yealink to confirm this and their recommended best steps.
