I do color coding for Life Categories: Household (orange), Finances (green), Personal, Work, Business, etc. She changes the colors for each calendar, but that wouldn't work for me because of my color coding.

You don’t want to over schedule becuase you know well that your day won’t ever go like that, we’re not perfect so give yourself some time. Here’s some things I would schedule: -Appointments & Meetings -Birthdays & Anniversaries -Classes / Work -Lunch & Breaks -Workouts -Side gigs -Commuting time (optional) -Hangouts w/friends / family Time blocking is optional but personally for me, I’d rather not. It makes my calendar look that little bit messier. You also don’t need to schedule your free time when there will always be space and time left on your schedule for yourself. 👍 🗓️
Ok i keep trying to find a video explaining how you make more of those side events where it says my calendar cause I would like to add more for like school and other stuff but I only have event and school how to I make other options??
go into settings and theres a tab that says "add calendar" then just name it, add it and then you'll be able to change the colour of it like in the video

Same^ work is yellow, leisure and friends is blue, dates and events purple, home things are green.
