WHO cares? It's so SMALL & insignificant = 0.004 of earth's total ecosystem. CLUB of ROME conspired to demonize CO2 over 50 years ago. Look it UP! Now CO1, carbon monoxide, fine. Now we're talking serious pollution issues. Who doesn't want to do MORE 2 clean up lakes, rivers, and AIR? Likely same ppl SPRAYING CHEMTRAILS everywhere. Targeting the world's population like despisable, disposable little rodents, or bugs.

These visualizations are amazing! They really add a lot of clarity to the discussion. I really hope they get picked up by the TH-cam algorithm as much as your population ones have.

TH-cam, this channel deserves many more views. His videos are very educational.

Commenting for the algorithm. So well compiled, explained, and visualized. You’re a better teacher than any professor I’ve ever had.

Great videos, but Id suggest a visual legend on the screen so that we can follow the colour-representated data. Its impossible to remember as you switch between independent presentations within a video. Great work though

As an Australian I got nervous when you went to talk about emissions per capita, because that’s the flack our Prime Minister has to defend/justify when it comes to climate negotiations. But no I don’t think you mentioned us.

I can understand the painstaking research underwent on it. And it is not computer-generated. Can you share the links to the actual data? That would add to the authenticity and also be an easy reference point.

This demonstration clearly shows that continental Africa is causing most of the problem …

We have a carbon emission allowance of 460 billion tons more we can emit, yet self reinforcing feedback loops have already initiated. Yet we think we can stop those feedback loops somehow -- how? Do we wave a magic wand? Or will it become more clear after we emit 460 billion tons more carbon dioxide?

Look... Yes, China has the largest co2 emission shown here 2:20 but I'll remind you that (I think) around half of the world's production of goods like the cheap shirts and toys you bought were all came from China. The US though ... I think most of it is because of their cars.

Sorry, Shifting colors makes it very difficult to follow what you are saying. I could not finish this video. Maybe you already figured this out. I suggest sticking with one color. Love your videos but changing the colors to show larger volumes does not work. You have lost the great advantage your videos offer, the ability to visualize compared sizes. Your videos are too short to remember what is the value of the color blue? Hope this helps.

@@SmallCirclesForward You don't need to apologize. You are doing a GREAT JOB!!! It is just on this one that missed the mark. I hope the feedback helps you improve.

As an Aussie, I’m ashamed of our CO2 emissions.. we have a low population in regards to land size, yet we produce so much carbon dioxide

Right now the amount of CO2 in the Earth's atmosphere is about 450ppm which is at a record low in context the last billion years of life on the planet. If the concentration were to reach 150ppm or below ALL life on the planet will cease to exist. During the Little Ice Age (1400 to 1850) that number dropped to around 250ppm. Yes, all life on Earth almost extinct just a couple of hundred years ago. CO2 is a life giving gas, not a pollutant as the EPA has defined in 2007.

We have evevolved as well as other species have evolved to live in this low carbon situation. And if we want to stay alive we need to keep it at this low.
