Mati as a Brit I am truly shocked at what Dr Charles has said about the situation in the USA, in how society there has been eroded and undermined by racist and antisemitism being spread across the education universities nationwide all funded from the Middle East namely Iran. Here in the UK its no different, we have a two tier police state system that is basically focused on supporting the demonstrations against Israel and the Jewish people in our nation. Since I was a child, I’m retired now, I have NEVER understood hatred against one group-any group. I’m so thankful that my parents taught me to judge people by their individual actions and NEVER because of any group, culture, color religion etc. I internalized that lesson and because I did, I have good friends of all colors, religions, cultures etc. These friends have broadened my knowledge, introduced me to different cultures and foods and made me a much more accepting and compassionate person.

I, too, have trouble wrapping my head around all this senseless hatred for the Jewish people. Everything Dr. Small said was spot on. The college campus demonstrations are a disgrace and I think a lot of this is due to lack of parents not being more involved in their kids' lives. The church has also failed big-time in this, but that's a whole other soapbox for me. I do know that there are many young people in this country who are "disconnected" and searching to be a part of something bigger than themselves, and unfortunately, these pro-Hamas groups have given them a false sense of importance and power. This is the same way gangs recruit young people, and these protest groups are really nothing more than "gangs." We researched elementary education, public school textbooks, and a lot of our text was coming from Russia, Turkey and Iran and China of course the Magog alliance I’m not sure if anything was ever done about it, but that’s why people were protesting to get the curriculum out of the schools. I think that is a key point anti-Semitism has deep roots in some religious particularly Catholic societies . Because I can't find a sensible reason for it . Luckily I know quite a few Jewish people and it is the best way to overcome this chauvinism . Hopefully this current situation will change . Since I was a child, I’m retired now, I have NEVER understood hatred against one group-any group. I’m so thankful that my parents taught me to judge people by their individual actions and NEVER because of any group, culture, color religion etc. I internalized that lesson and because I did, I have good friends of all colors, religions, cultures etc. These friends have broadened my knowledge, introduced me to different cultures and foods and made me a much more accepting and compassionate person.

Thank you, Mati, for this amazing interview. I think this may be one of the most important ones you've done. I, too, have trouble wrapping my head around all this senseless hatred for the Jewish people. Everything Dr. Small said was spot on. The college campus demonstrations are a disgrace and I think a lot of this is due to lack of parents not being more involved in their kids' lives. The church has also failed big-time in this, but that's a whole other soapbox for me. I do know that there are many young people in this country who are "disconnected" and searching to be a part of something bigger than themselves, and unfortunately, these pro-Hamas groups have given them a false sense of importance and power. This is the same way gangs recruit young people, and these protest groups are really nothing more than "gangs." Most of them don't even understand what they are protesting and know little about Israel. Although I am not Jewish, I probably should be, and wish I was. I love Israel more than many American Jews. I was actually married for many years to a Jewish man who was very "indifferent" and showed little support and concern for Israel. Because of him, I missed out on an opportunitiy to visit Israel, which I regret to this day. But in the last few years, I have developed a strong, passionate love and devotion for Israel and her people and I truly believe this is God-given. I have chosen to devote the rest of my life doing all I can to support Israel and defend Zionism. I even kept my ex-husband's name because many people assume I'm Jewish due to the name, and this gives me a "foot in the door" to discuss Israel with them. I just want you to know that I am one American who strongly supports Israel and always will, and I know there are many others like me all over the world.
