Kampung Baru is not a slum area. It is an heritage area. The land in Kampung Baru is among the most Expensive In Kuala Lumpur. Literally , the residence there are millionaires.if they sell their property

@@user-zi1qe5uw9h Do not worry, many ignorant tourists is like that . Commenting and looking down on Malaysia are often based on their norms and experience elsewhere. Many tourist do not in their first few days in Malaysia..
HOWEVER most of them changed their opinion and start being more appreciative after staying and interacting for more than a month in Malaysia.

Do you mean Kampungg Baru is a slum area?.. 😂😂😂 Most of the house owners are millionaires.. some rented their houses to foreigners and they live in a suburb. . Try walking around in the areq.. it is safe because most of them are Muslim.

Kl is definitely a metropolitan city. I just got back yesterday and it was the best vacation I’ve been on. People so wonderful. You also should have taken the KLIA Ekpress. Was literally $10usd and took 35 min to kl sentral. They you could get an all subway pass for 3days for $15 usd. KL is a fabulous metropolitan city and I hope to go back soon.

Most of the front workers in food places are foreigners.especially, from Bangladesh , Indonesia or India.
IF they cannot understand English , most probably they are foreigners.
A typical Malaysians will speak english at the level where you buy your phone SIM card.

Malaysian or south east asian people are more respectful than south asian people in other modern coutries(US, Europe, korea etc). People in europe and korean and japan always looked down to south asian people. I guess you are punjabis or siddhi tribe coz you look more indian

The last one, the dessert/snack I think that's called cekodok pisang or just simply call banana balls.
The batter is made from mainly banana and all-purpose flour, with a bit of baking soda, salt and sugar. It’s soft and fluffy on the inside, with a crisp exterior.

The noodle u had is called 'Mee Mamak' = Mamak's Noodle.
Not what the guy (Mamak) told you.. the name is not "mee".. cause mee means noodle
Also just FYI, the word "Mamak" means usually refers to a roadside stall selling Muslim Tamil or Malay cuisine; by extension, a restaurant that sells similar foods.. or the owner himself

A word of advice. Eat at places where there is a Halal logo,or the sellers wearing hijab. Do not eat at places with a LOT OF Chinese or Indian writing Because most probably not Halal

Malaysia is more better than pakistan. Most Pakistani people are darker. You may said that pakistani also fair skin. But pakistani whom have fair skin are from pashtun tribe. Their are originally from afghanistan. Most of them reside in peshawar at pakistan. I can see huge different between folks living in karachi and peshawar in term of skin colour. Malaysian people majority are fair skin. The more fair skin you have the more popular you are among people from other countries. This my opinion. Btw i am Taiwanese who living in malaysia
