Hi, just minor modifications but looks stunning! What's the size of the rear wheel? Is it the 130/80? because looks bigger...do you think it is possible to install the 150?
Hi there. I got the seats from BAAK (the link is in the description of the video). The bags are not in the way at all. I don't even notice them, other than, they are nice to have as pockets for when I need them. Hope that helps! Happy and safe riding!
Cool bike. Why not buy some nice riding jeans? Hate to think about what that bare knee would look like if you took a spill. Ouch. The jeans I just bought look like normal jeans but they have built-in knee pads and re-inforced kevlar lining in a certain areas. They make me feel a lot more comfortable when I'm out for a ride... and nobody can tell they're actually riding gear.
Hello friend. Thank you for raising this topic. Honestly I'm very very careful about riding safe to a point that I won't even wear anything but a full-face helmet. The day I was taking those shots, I was totally rushing and needed to get some shots from different angles so I just rode around my neighbourhood to get them. All the while I was thinking .. .I really should not promote riding with torn jeans on TH-cam ... so THANK YOU for pointing it out. To all those reading this ... PLEASE RIDE SAFE. Please protect your knees, chin, elbows, etc. There is no point trying to look cool. So thank you again.
I immediately thought the same when I saw that knee.. I appreciate that for filming sometimes liberties are taken with safety, but still would recommend ATGATT.. same goes for the helmet strap.. if you don't do it up you might as well not wear a helmet at all. but enough preaching.. nice video and great bike! (proud owner of a V7iii Rough here)
Hello friend. Are you located in Toronto? If yes, I got them at Corsa Meccanica. However, if you are not in Toronto, there are some online stores you can get them at.
Hi I just found your video and wondering how was the shipping/customs experience from ordering the baak pieces? I’m located in Toronto as well and thinking about ordering from them
Hi there John. Yeah I had to pay duties. An agent had called me, I gave them my credit card #, paid for the duties and they arrived. It wasn't the cheapest thing to do overall, but for me it was worth it as I didn't find another solution than BAAK for the quality and style I was seeking. Hope that helps. Glad you're also in Toronto. Did you get your Guzzi from George?
@@VJBala hey, yeah I got mine from Corsa. It’s a 2015 model and I’m torn on customizing it or upgrading to something with a bit more power. The sixth gear was added after my year so I feel like I’m missing out haha
Hello there. My partner and I ride on this bike for road-trips and there is no problem. The only thing is that if you are going overnight, you would need to possibly add luggage carriers. We don't need it as we just carry little stuff on backpacks. But as far as the engine and size, you can easily have two people on this bike :)
Would you recommend a moto guzzi v7 over the new royal enfield continental gt 650? the gt 650 is getting good reviews and is also a twin. What are your thoughts? Im researching what to get as my first bike and cant decide. Thanks for your input in advance!
Hello friend. Depending on where you live, generally, I'd say yes, I would choose a Guzzi over an Enfield. I did research on the Enfields as I was shopping around. What I found was that Enfields (even the newer ones) are not as easy to maintain as Guzzis. If however, you are a mechanic, enjoy it, and/or live near an Enfield dealership, great! I also heard the over time Enfields eventually start leaking oil and are just generally harder to keep up. My Guzzi is the easiest thing to maintain. I also really love that its drive shaft vs. chain but that's just my preference. Yes the GT650 is getting good reviews but also, it's relatively new and also a bit smaller engine than V7s. Hope this helps and ride safe mate.
@@VJBala I too have done a lot of research on the Enfields let get some things straight. Frist the Guzzi is a twin, some Enfields are not. No review has ever said they leak oil, as for maintenance they are almost the same, the hardest part is doing the valve clearance , the Enfields have a centerstand and the cylinder is marked for top dead center to make life easier. As for the engines CC 650 up to 744 have almost the same horsepower and torque, even my 750 shadow has about the same I just bought a Guzzi v7lll NOS corbon, version why i chose the Guzzi and not Enfield , one word dealer here in Ontario you have one Guzzi dealer and 2 Enfield dealer the Guzzi is closer to me. But not only that the price, the Enfield dealers in Ontario want from 1000 to 3000 more for the same bike that other provinces were selling them for i even called a BC dealer to get a price. The Enfield was my first choice they are great bikes, the oldest continuing motorcycle manufacturer in the world, and lots of aftermarket accessories lot more then Guzzi.
@@jps8941 My friend, I don't need you to debate points with me about why you feel Enfields are good my friend. If you like them, go ahead. I'm happy you know your information. That's awesome. As for leaking engines, again, it's your call. I am of Indian origin, have spent years there and I have been around Enfields my whole life and I cannot tell you that amount of oil dripped spots in peoples homes I ran into (Enfield parking spot). I also have been in countless situations where a regular bike mechanic refuses to work on an Enfield (but would easily work on a twin Honda, etc.). So this idea that an Enfield requires the same maintenance as a Guzzi is really truly very not aligned with what I think and know from experience. Yes Enfields are great bikes, but you asked to compare an apple to an orange, which is not easy to do. Either way, please ride safe and enjoy.
@@VJBala I was speaking of the new 650 twins and these are not my opinions but opinions of all the reviews on TH-cam long-term a short-term. I haven't even touched the better warranty they have also the wet clutch compared to a dry clutch on a Guzzi. As for maintenance I was talking about oil changes standard stuff what you can do in your garage. Guzzi has had electrical problems for years they are knowing for electrical problems. As I said in my text I bought a Guzzi beacause in Ontario dealerships for both are few and far between. Also you make great videos and your bike is awesome. Remember the best bike to have is it bike you have in your garage life is better on two wheels.
I like your music. Everyone has their own style for making a bike their own.

Hi, which color seat is this? Is this the Aged Brown or is this the Golden?
Great bikes. Yours is beautifull! Ride safe!
What about duo with this bike ?
What does the passenger say about comfort?
Road Trip in duo possible?

Great video
Hi, LOL. I should have watched this one before commenting on another video about the engine guards. Safe riding.
Excellent
Did you mount engine guards yourself?
No my friend. I did not. I had it done at the garage by professionals.
You recomend it so? Thanks for the information.
What year is this bike?
2017
VJ Bala thank you
ATGATT?
Nice mods but cannot believe you or your passenger are not wearing protective gear. Your money would have been better spent on gear.
