I would first start over with all the setup. Make sure you are on a software version v4.5.770 for best results and try again. Usually, it's something in the setup. If you still cannot get it, then reach out to Silhouette Support for assistance with as much information as you can. They will need the exact steps you are taking and photos and/or video to begin troubleshooting.
When the blade is installed correctly, couldn't you just take a fine Sharpie or a piece of colored tape and make a line on the blade housing at the top of the blade? Then you could always see whether it was installed correctly, all the way down in the holder. Thanks!
I’m experiencing issues with the curio 2 cutting crooked. It will be fine then all of the sudden it cuts over the previous line above. I can’t seem to get any answers. Do you have any suggestions ?

What about if you've pushed it all the way in but the Curio 2 still doesn't detect the Auto Blade?

Whatever works for you to have the best success.
All blades are not white either, so it may be harder to see a line on other color blades.
