Imagine... Luxord fights in a way that gives his opponent a level playing field. He's certainly the most gentlemanly boss fight in the series. Now imagine if he stacked the deck in his favor, because we know he has the ability to do that. Luxord could probably make victory impossible if he really wanted to. In the end, regardless of who wins, we're just his fun little pawn.
That's kinda why he's my favourite of the Organization members, original and new. He knows what kind of capabilities he has, but likes to play with just that little bit of risk to himself. He *enjoys* it.
He's the true definition of a compulsive gambler if there is no risk on his end he wouldn't have fun and since he is the "most out-of-place" Org member it makes sense
Dizziness warning during DM section. Even my eyes feel tried after that. Also honestly not much I can do with this when he died too fast. his boss pretty much design around game more than an actual fight. I can make it longer somewhat by taking damage. but I getting one shot by many of his attacks, so that's not an option.
Luxord seems to be the only Organization member that genuinely thinks battle is a game. Ever the gentleman, he even congratulated Sora when Sora succeeded in besting him.

Luxord should have challenged Sora to a game of Paradox-Billiards-Vostroyan-Roulette-Fourth Dimensional-Hypercube-Chess-Strip Poker. He might have given Sora a run for his money that way.

it really isnt. all the other databoss fights are a cakewalk, this one felt like it was never test-played. sora's atk patterns will almost always hit the other targets you dont mean to hit
Aw he doesn’t turn you into a dice or a card :( At least the fight isn’t as ridiculous as it is in KH2 where you have to win at those quick time games and if you fail, gotta do it all over again just to get another chance
Am I right in thinking the last phase actually giving you 3 cards before the invisible time limit is random? I never seem to get 3 cards so he times out on the DM and gains health back
