I've had acne for a very long time. I remember every time I looked in the mirror I cried because of ugly my skin was. Today I have none and I've defeated acne and the scars. I've have some tips that helped me. This might not work for your skin type, but it worked for mine.
    1. *Keep you face and body clean!* It's hard to defeat acne if your body is dirty.
    2. *Exercise!* It's healthy and I've heard it reduces the production of extreme hormones. Less production, means less acne.
    3. *Go veggie!* I became a pescitarian and I saw changes real quick. Diet plays a big role in defeating acne.
    4. *Lemon and sugar scrub!* Twice a week in the shower I applied lemon and sugar and scrubbed it gently on my skin.
    5. *Don't touch your face!* Your hands touch so many things throughout a day and a lot of bacteria are on your hands, and if you touch face all the time the bacteria will get on your face. Bacteria helps the production of acne.
    6. *Moisturize!* It's a method of getting rid of acne, acne scars, discoloration after the acne and the scars.
I hope some of these tips will help you!💕

    FAQ:
    1. Yes I still wear makeup with the regimen, just not as often.
    2. I remove my makeup with a remover wipe before washing my face.
    3. This is how I started my journey to clear skin, I didn't incorporate Curology until recently. As mentioned at the end of the video, I will do another video of my current regimen which does include Curology.
    4. I still use this same regimen. I just add in more steps and products because I am just extra like that.
    5. This regimen only costs about $50 which is pretty affordable taking into account how long it lasts.
    6. When using the AHA (every 2 days), I only use it once a day and at night.

BE 👏 CAREFUL 👏 WITH 👏 YOUR 👏 SKIN 👏 EVERYONE. Really know what you’re working with before you try 20 different products at the same time. For the longest time I thought oil was the problem so I got oil reducing acne products, but I had super dry skin actually, and I ended up screwing my acne up so much worse. Just be patient with it and observant of your habits and skin type so you can get way better end results. There is hope yet 👏

Glad it worked out for you! I tried it out but my face HATED it. It looked okay using it, but it burned like hell trying the regime out. But I know a lot of people who swear by it and I'm glad those people can find their cure for acne. 😛
Edit: Also my face became even worse off of it too. It was like the regime was trying to be addictive to the skin on your face which seems sus to me but y'know. Whatever

I just feel like I need to comment and say this video reallllllly helped me. I watched this video maybe 2 months ago or so and I decided to go to the website. I watched the whole demonstration and followed it but I went to the store and got everything the mention instead of buying off the website. 2 months later now and my skin is clear! I just have scars which is why I came back to see how you got rid of your scars! I'm going to purchase the AHA & the Glycolic acid and see how it works! Thank you for making this video because like I said it helped me tremendously.

Hey Jessy.. I used to have seriously bad acne. I had it on side area of my eyes a lot I think from when I slept on the side of my face. I started using Beautra Cares Vanishing face wash for 1 week and all of my acne started going away. I have been on the product for 6 weeks now and never broke out since. Its cleared my face entirely and leaves a smooth shine!! :) You should try it. I think they have some at Macy's but I got mine online at their website. Just google search their website. Pumice and jojoba bead based scrubs are best. Shell-based scrubs have jagged shapes that scratch the skin. Not only that, they are also terrible for the environment. Another thing I missed out on my whole life (got acne at 10 years old) is that acne can be hormonal!!! As in, an excess of testosterone. I had severe acne for about 6 years, washed my face every single day, tried drug store brands, tried the stuff from commercials, went to a dermatologist. Finally I realized after literally nothing topical was working that it could easily be coming from my insides. I went on birth control and literally within a month there was a difference, after 6 months my acne was almost entirely gone, maybe had 1 or 2 pimples at a time at MOST. I've gone off it for other health reasons but my skin is still fairly clear, just dealing with some deep scars now. So if you feel like you've tried all kinds of face wash, try tackling it from within! Acne can be caused by a lot of different things.

I'm 31 year olds now and have had acne since I was 18. Around 22 it became severely cystic and I had to go on Accutane after every other pill and cream failed. The accurate actually cleared the cysts and almost all the acne (although the side effects were BRUTAL - I'd never go on it again!) - That was four years ago now and I still get spots, albeit a lot smaller since the accurate.. but constantly getting little white heads, black heads, and the odd bad few around my mouth. Oh the accurate left me with rosacea as well. So now I have acne, rosacea, and scarring. I'm beautiful. lol. I've tried basically most acne products.. except this! I am going to try it and stick to it and let you guys know how it works out !

I cant believe I never seen this video. Just like you, I suffer from acne scars and blackheads. I thought it was the end of the world for me. All my friends encouraged me to try all kind of products, that work for them but not for me. So I finally decided to go see a dermatologist. He suggested pills after pills after pills. After months of no progression, I gave up. I stopped trying & came to terms that there is nothing curable for my skin. So now, I go out & spend hundreds of dollars on makeup just so I can have clear beautiful skin. I only embrace it at night when I remove all my makeup, & go to sleep.

Im pretty much in the same situation you were in, i had normal clear skin that was pretty good and i went through my teenage years/early puberty without having any serious acne. I take really good care of my skin and i never wear makeup. And now im 19 just got into college, and im suddenly having these weird breakouts in areas i NEVER usually break out in (not even your occasional zit). My break outs are exactly like the ones you had. I don’t know whats the reason to this sudden flip in my skin. I know they aren’t the worst kind of acne you can get but its still pretty bad. I was considering getting professional treatment from a dermatologist but your video gave me hope.
Hope i can recover from this and get my regular skin back :/

Well I have combination skin (oily nose, dry area between my eyebrows and the bottom of my cheeks), and sensible skin (redness AF). My best friend who loves skincare as much as I do read in an article this routine (following) and thought it would be perfect for my skin type. The routine : 1) Cleanse skin with Bioderma sensitive skin micellar water 2) Massage Zinc into my skin 3) Let Rose water sink into my skin 4) Hydrate my skin with a gel hydrating cream
She also told me to steam my face once or twice a week, do do clay masks and cleanses my face after I do sport.
Until now I was used to do layering (with jojoba oil & Alep soap cleansing, Rose or Hamamelis water, Aloe Vera gel, Apple Cider vinegar diluted with water & hydrating my skin with different natural oils), but now I have finished all my face masks and micellar water and I would like to try something new but I don't know if I should try Acne.org skincare routine or what my best friend is recommending me.
She thinks that I have loads of redness on my face because I sleep bad (so true thought) and because I put too much products on my face : it's probably true. Does anyone have an Idea of what I should do ? Or any tips ?
Thanks for reading until here, I hope you can help me ☺💛

Tea tree oil works wonders. The smell is less than pleasing though. Never use toothpaste. There are spot treatments you can get from your local Walmart (I use one but it’s so drying). Make sure to keep your hands away from your face and watch what you are eating. That area can be caused by the food you’re ingesting. It also could be that you’re now producing more oil than before ! Try using a toner and an acne fighting moisturizer and throughout the day, blot the oil off of your face to avoid clogged pores!

+Anon Bluez Honestly I hope this helps, or gives you some insight, because this really worked for me, and it didn't cost me a penny. If anything I saved money. I don't think the reason it didn't work was because your skin got used too it, It might have everything to do with diet. What I mean is if you dont stop whats causing your pores to over produce sebum then no product will really make a lasting difference. For me it was Dairy products. After I stopped with milk and cheese which I loved my acne flair-ups started to happen less and less. This along with a cleanser and moisturizer really made lasting effects. I recommend taking an allergy test, and see if things your eating are things your body is rejecting. Diet is key for good skin.

I did something that worked great on my pitted scars. If you use a derma roller, the collagen puffs up the skin around the scar and can make it look even worse. So what I tried was taking a lancette needle and just poked only inside the scar. I didn't break skin. I pushed just hard enough to irritate it so that collogen would be brought to the surface inside the scar. I did this a couple of times, about a week apart and my scars are about 65% or more better than they were. I just used the same logic as the derma roller but only inside the pitted scar. I haven't seen anyone suggest this in videos or anything so I hope this helps and maybe spreads.

I remember I suffered from acne by one careless mistake since I was 6 (I'm 13). My acne now almost gone and here are my tips:
1.*Don't change product so often* Stick what your mom using (gene? maybe) and took a few of them and using it
    2. *Moisturize* Don't forget to moisturize your face before you sleep. I using it in 2 weeks and now my acne are almost invisible.
    3. *Using salt to scrub your face* Use that 2 times a week. It will make your skin feel really smooth.
    4. *Popping zits* Pop that while your skin is unclean and immediately after pop some of them, you need to wash your face.
    5. *Using Aloe Vera* Mask or whatever. It will make your skin smooth too (I suggest to use this after you wash your face when you popping the zits. Also with the salt too).
    6. *Using lemon and honey* mix that together til it blend and start put it on your face for 15-20 mins.
    7. *Using hot water and put salt in* If you have red acne, I suggested you to use this. Put hot water and put salt in.It doesn't matter how much you put in there. Then, using a wet tissues, put that in the water and put it in your face where your red acne is for 5 mins or longer (10-15 mins can too)
    8. *Exercise* Exercise will help release the bacteria from your body. Also make you sweat naturally and less hormones, less acne.
    I hope it helps

Clearing acne is easy. Step one: cut out ALL dairy products. Step two: drink fresh orange juice every morning. Step three: wash your face with warm then cold water twice a day. Lastly: fortnitly apply a water/white vinegar solution on face for twenty mins and wash off.. however the dairy and orange is the most important. Thank me later..
