I always thought that physical appearance mattered, until I saw all the petty girls at school with fat ugly slobs for boyfriend's 🤷♂️ now I'm trying to gain weight
try asprin instead! make sure its not coated and just crush some pills and make a paste with water, put it on the pimples overnight and they’ll be almost gone by the next day, this works for getting rid of piercing bumps as well.
It'll be okay, just drink some water and refrain from sodas and sweet stuff only once a week drink soda, use a bar of soap on your face and don't touch your face then it will go away really really fast, hope this helps
This worked for me! I'm a picker when it comes to acne, and my skin takes a long time to heal after I pick. And when I get bad acne I get really self conscious to the point where I can't leave my house without having an immense about of anxiety. So happy I found this video.
My teacher told me something about this😂 but she uses honey 1.put honey on any spot that bothers u ⭕ 2.put a bandage over it 3.let it stay overnight🌇from their it should be gone by next morning P.s this helped me alot⬆
Ok so what you said about you picking your face every time there was a pimple growing gosh I feel you I do it every time... And yes there very painful... Sometimes I just feel like staying home instead of going to school because I get jealous every time I see people with flawless and with a beautiful clear skin... Anyone else feel jealous?
I’m 14 in year 9 and I don’t actually have bad acne I just pick at my face when I have spots so they stay for a long time. I get so upset because my family just say it’s my own fault and I’m one of the only people in my year with bad skin
I get acnes before and after my menstruation. It sucks so much because the pimples grow on my nose, ONLY. So I had to wear mouth mask to cover my face up :(
My gym teacher complimented my skin and asked what products I used, I don't use any products. I told her, next day I wake up with a zit, thanks Ms. Snow 😩
You'll be able to get rid of acne permanently, get back your clear skin without drugs, lotions; without worrying about scar problems and side effects. No matter what type of acne you've - with very easy way in which you will never think of, all in a natural way at *AcneCureOnline. Com*
I had my SERIOUS doubts about this until I tried it myself! I wish I had come across this video YEARS AGO before I gave myself horrible scars everywhere from picking at my acne! Thank you so much for making this video!!
Remy Elysee id only need like one band aid haha. I don’t get Pimples often because i eat really healthy and use good skincare and I wash my face well. I had a slightly large pimple (Papule) on my right cheek but it’s a tiny pimple now. I put honey on a band aid and it cleared it up within a week 😁 whenever I get a zit it takes at least a week to heal haha. My skin doesn’t heal well :( hahaha
Who else doing exercising, skincare stuff, and reducing size so you can look good for school next year?? 🙋♀️😂😂 Edit: I come back to this comment 7 months later and you guys, we can all relate to 😂😂 you guys are great! Also, tips for weight loss and skin care! If you want to lose weight faster, boost your metabolism (its faster if you're a kid or teenager, as I was told by my father), drink lots of water (also drink water if you are craving something unhealthy. It should work!), and eat more vegetables and fruit! For acne, make sure that when you're in the shower, use acne cleansers (if you don't have one, you can use a bar of soap and rub it on your hands and use your fingers to rub it all over your acne on your face, cheeks, eyelids, temples, nose, underneath nose, jaw, neck, shoulders, chest, and any other spots you have acne). Water also helps get rid of acne, so thats a good! Scrub your face everyday with soap. (Fact: Are you getting acne on your cheeks? If so, it might be from your mask. You sweat and breathe in it which causes bacteria and dirt to get under your skin which is annoying as heck, trust me 😅) I hope this helps! 😙💕
Gxcha rsx_frisk I'm trying but my FREAKING DAD keeps getting stuff like chips cheese balls and cake and I'm like bruh I'm trying to loose 20 pounds not gain it
i’m trying this tonight, i’ll let y’all know how it works! update: so i’ve been using it this week and i have to say it works really well! y’all should definitely try this out
Good video! There is no treatment for acne that can work over night. You have to be patient and follow a routine skin care if you want clear skin. it is important to treat acne on time in order to prevent scars. Scars are permanent and it can only be improved ( with lasers) but you may never get your normal skin back. So, please remember that treating acne is important.
Katherine Ray most people want to know what your acne would look like after. not what they would look like after "with makeup on". click bate in my opinion.
Rebecca Alvarado SAME but im scared to do this because my family will think im wierd and laugh and plus im REALLY young to have acne so its really embarassing soooo pls help
Kitty Lover haha me too. I did this: I put the band aids and neosporan in my pocket and brought it to my room and then put it on before bed and then when I awake I take them off before I leave my room
OMG... OK, so I had this HUGE pimple on my chin, and I have to go to school on monday and I was like, what was I going to do... (PS this was Saturday) Then, I ran into this video and I thought, let's give this a shot... So, I put a glob of neosporon( Idk how to spell it) on and a bandage and slept overnight and now, its just a little tiny bump.... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Everyone else and all dermatologists say never to use those kinds of scrubs on your face and alcohol is the biggest no no. It will destroy the skin barrier. Same with witch hazel and peroxide.
@@karenoliva1895Well I dont know about the witch hazel and peroxide part because my dermatologist prescribed me benzoyl peroxide and ive seen alot of research that witch hazel can be good in certain instances but 🤷♀️
i agree with using neo/bandaids on pimples. this is actually on old remedy that i heard about at least 10 years ago. however DO NOT ever use a scrub on active acne..thats horrible advice!!!!
Yeah, i second that. Scrub on active acne lesions will surely aggravate the condition. I just used a beaded scrub over my face the other night and the next day all my active pimples were all angry at me. Painful, red, inflamed and pus-filled they were.
I had a huge acne scab (ik it’s gross don’t remind me) on my cheek and it was so noticeable when I wore makeup so I came across this video put it on overnight and now it pretty much cleared up!!!! Super amazing results
I hate my acne like why! I wish acne never existed like I stopped touching my face and then I started picking and it makes it more worse of you pop it bc it turns red and ew
I've struggled with this issue for ages and just wanted to say how much I commend you for doing this. It seriously takes such a brave person to be vulnerable like this and open about their skin issues. You're beautiful with and without the makeup
wait you went on birth control to manage your acne?? I just started my birth control a little over a month ago and it has caused my skin to be an absolute mess. I've always had a few pimples here or there but my birth control has made my acne 10 times worse than ever before
Cassidy Ames you have to find the RIGHT BC for you! I talked to my obgyn and it and she gave me half estrogen and half progestin (I think that's what it's called) and I asked for pow hormones too. It helps with the cystic pimples for me. But he small ones so much but it has helped a lot. I've tried two. I'm currently on lutera. On my 2nd month and I'm liking it. It hasn't made me gain weight either which is good too. I got headaches for a bit but they went away with lots of water.
Okay seriously this is cool. I had a zit and it left that dry textured skin around it. Not nice. I didnt have Neosporin, so i just gobbed a bunch of my night moisturizer on the area. I didnt have these specific bandaids but i had some that were cloth backed so flexible. Put that over the moisturizer. I took it off this morning and all that flaky dry skin peeled right off. The little redness left behind can easily be covered up by makeup. Holy buckets i am sharing this with every female i know. It really worked using regular night moisturizer. THANK YOU!!!!!!
DO NOT use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to stop bleeding. there are two liquids used in isopropyl alcohol- one that evaporated on contact with skin, and one that absorbs into the skin. the one that absorbs into the skin relaxes the capillaries, thus causing more bleeding. just take a regular tissue paper and apply pressure for 60-90 seconds until it has stopped bleeding. i hope this helps someone!
Watched this video about 8 months ago and decided to try this. You literally have changed my life. I used to have BAD break outs and the creams my dermatologist recommended cost $500’s!! And the off brand for it was about $40’s. And all it did was make my skin SUPER dry and flakey ): when I did this my zits LITERALLY vanished about 40% and 2 days later they were almost 100% gone! Now my beauty regimen is take off my make up, wash my face and I put antibiotic ointment all over my face and I add a bit more to the bad spots and my face is now 98% clear.
She's gorgeous and I love that she shared her routine. Just a note from a dermatologists perspective: St Ives is a really rough exfoliator for your skin because of the huge walnut shells; they can cause tiny abrasions on the skin. Something with gentle, smaller microscrubbers like Neutragena will be kinder to your skin. Also, alcohol dries out your face so swabbing it with witch hazel is much kinder to your skin. Here's to beautiful skin ladies! 😍
the way i cover up my zits/ any redness is put a thin layer of color correcting on (use a green to conceal red blemishes, if you have purple blemishes use yellow too) and then put your regular foundation/ concealer on top and it covers it so much easier and faster :) the color correctors i use are from Soap & Glory
Thank you so much for telling us about this acne healing trick, I have acne and get judged at my school about it. Now I can use this little trick and I can build up my courage again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
I am an Esthetician! Do not use St Ives bad bad, it’s like washing your face with glass shards. Use a professional exfoliant! Even from Sephora. No St. Ives, every dermatologist will tell you that.
I’ve done this many times. Works great. Only thing that I’ve found that works better is using a hydrocolloid bandage in place of the regular bandaid and neosporin. Great tip!
Vuk Zivkovic she reminds me of Jenna marbles and Amy from good luck charley OR THAT FAKE GIRL THAT YOU SEE IN PUBLIC THAT YOU JUST WANNA PUNCH but I like this lady
IT WORKS!! This weekend is homecoming and 4 days ago my skin was a NIGHTMARE. Under the skin bumps, little pimples, big pimples, and one deep pimple that I had picked into a crater. I had this one breakout for like 3 weeks and I could not get rid of it. I tried serums, patches, and literally everything! I tried the trick and my pimples were reduced to little red marks OVERNIGHT! After doing it for a few days all I had was some un-picked pimples that I cleared up easily with a pimple patch. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY HOMECOMING!
I have been doing something similar to this for years. Instead of long bandaids, I buy the little round spot bandaids. I have found that CVS brand isn't too sticky for your face where sometimes band aid brand would stick, causing more redness around the zit. I also use zinc oxide along with the Neosporin or any generic triple antibiotic ointment. First I moisturize well and wait a few minutes for that to soak in. Then I use acne spot cream (I use Neutrogena rapid results) topically on the zit. I put a small dollup of zinc (enough to cover zit with a thick layer but not so much it will squish out from under the bandage). Then I put a layer of Neosporin on the bandaid and center the pad on the zit. When I wake up in the morning, all if the zinc has soaked into the skin while the nastiness has been pulled out and is trapped in the bandaid pad. This typically helps only when the zit is under the skin but open and maybe you have picked at it a little ...or a lot. I have very sensitive skin and the cheap spot bandaids seem to work better for me. The moisturizing seems to help prevent the top layer of skin from being removed around the zit but not willing to risk it with band aid brand. The zinc seems to help prevent scarring and helps the Neosporin heal the skin. It seems to need to be plain old zinc oxide too, not like diaper rash cream that has other stuff included. I have noticed a big difference as I seem to get breakouts every month around that time and have honed in with a lot of experimentation on what does work. I have also discovered acne patches or well branded cellulose bandages. They really do suck the gunk out. I use the band aid thing and acne patches both depending on what is going on with my face. If a zit just needs to heal from being picked at I will use the band aid, if still swollen and red, I use the acne patch. Not trying to rain on your parade or promote brands. She is right. It does work even if it sounds crazy. Please give it a shot before posting that it won't or can't work. I have seen miracles on my own face.
I've been doing this for as long as I can remember. To help with the redness and inflammation, I crush an aspirin and mix it with bacitracin. A lot of people are allergic to neosporin and it has been found to cause necrosis as well so we don't recommend neosporin but aquaphor or bacitracin works better for a much broader population of people.
you know what bandaids work, CVS brand Hydrocolloid advanced healing bandaids, it draws out moisture so it'll pull the pimple to the surface to form a head, which then it can be easier to extract, I've been using them for years, they work and it also speeds up the healing process if you just can't leave that pesky pimple alone & break the skin...I wear some when I sleep, or even if I'm not going anywhere I'll wear them all day, I buy a box size small it comes with 10 and I just cut them to the size of each pimple, I can cover 6 pimples with one cut up bandaid...I love them lol..I don't use anything else with them, you just wash and dry your face and put on these bandaids and that's it
Ahhhhh thank you so much! My teen years are so rough! My skincare routine is AMAZING and I still breakout and it’s really lowering my self esteem! So you probably won’t see this but your my hero.
Omg i never knew anyone else did this!!! I would even go out in public with them on my face because i just didn't care lol but omg this is literally a life saver she's not lying this really does workkkk!!!!
I can’t believe someone else does this too!!!! I figured this out like a month ago and it really does work so well!!! I didn’t use bandaids the first time cause I did not have any at that time! But this is amazing and I’m glad someone else does this. If you think about it, when we (or mainly kids) get “boo boo’s” we clean the surface, put on antibiotic ointment, and put a bandaid on it to heal it! It’s the same exact concept on our face!!!! Lovveee this video.
I don’t pick my acne but I do tend to touch my face a lot like I don’t know rub my face or something and it’s a habit of just touching my face somehow and it’s pretty difficult to not touch it but I need to try..
sup 0715 yeah. I used touch my face. If you find your self touching your face or wanting to if you can put your hands under a table. Or you can wash your hands than touch your face. How I stoped is that I really want clear skin so I just stopped because I want clear skin so bad! I am close tho
Same! I touch my face every five or ten minutes, which of course doesn't really help the acne and just rubs off the makeup I sometimes put on over the acne.
I kinda do that a bit more then I even realize!! 🤦🏼 Try a makeup brush! A make up brush, when convenient anyway, becomes an amazing alternative... And just feels soothing! It helps me not touch my face all the time! I have a small kubuki brush, its slightly bigger then an averge lighter! It has also got a lid and fits in my pocket! 😉
If you have a deep pimple or cystic acne you can use a product called PRID it's a drawing salve and comes in a round orange tin. I have cystic acne and when ever I feel a new pimple coming in I get a Qtip and put a dot of salve right on top of the pimple and put a band aide on overnight . The next morning the pimple is either gone or the head is to the surface. I've been doing this for a long time and it's a lifesaver , it's better than having a cystic breakout spot for almost a month .
Also I myself and tons of others have learned to say no to dairy products to prevent cystic type breakouts . Try giving up dairy for a month and see how it clears up your acne .
Lucia Brown if you watch the whole video then you'll know that she she didn't say they would disappear, just heal them enough to cover up with makeup lol...
Trying now!!!!! Birthday is on Friday, going to family camp with our church going to be 35 and PMS gives me gnarly underground blackheads. Husband cringes when he sees what I do and lol kinda want to look like I didn’t have a fight with a blackhead. Skin is broken it scabbed about 5 days now…WHY DO I DO THIS!? And I tried popping again today with more skin breakage! Just TH-camd and found you! Mom has always told me to do that but so glad I never take her advice but grateful to God I found you, hopefully by Thursday all is well. Lol the kids are freaked out seeing my bandaids 😂 thank you for your video! You are helping people like me!
Hi Mary! When I said that, I was referring to going out without having any makeup on while having zits. Even with really bad acne, makeup helps cover a lot of that up. :)
Mary Holzhauer she wasn't referring to you so you shouldn't get offended everyone deal with acne differently and if your okay with how your skin looks without make up then you go girl! A lot of people are insecure about it though. Me being one of them and I have a little bit. And I don't mean this in a mean way you gotta love yourself just the way you are.
You really shouldn't be offended by what she said because maybe she doesn't feel comfortable or confident with acne and no makeup. Its the same with me, I don't have severe acne but its enough to suck up all my confidence and make me feel bad about going out in public with no make up. Everyone feels different about acne so you can't make her feel bad about how she personally feels.
My family have a similar method to yours but instead we use sudacreme, it cools down redness and speeds up the healing process really well. Its mostly commonly used for nappy rashes but its honestly my holy grail for getting rid of pesky spots that appear.
LizzayyDaBitch OMG i thought i was the only one doing it!!! Looool. I am happy to have come across this video and found some people like you who share the same practice of getting acne less bumpy.
Ok I’ve been doing this for about five years now but I don’t cover them with bandaids which is a great idea to keep it from rubbing off all over your pillows!! My question is what face makeup are you using? Foundation? It looks amazing!
I have been doing this for a couple years now. Only thing i do different is put the benzoyl peroxide on, let it dry, then put good old fashioned Nivea cream on it, then apply bandaid. Life changing.
Omg! I've done this same cure myself for a year or so. It helps so much! I was surprised to see someone else doing it cause I thought it was such a weird thing but it really does help to heal them and prevent them from scarring! I agree with everything you did in the video, that's exactly how I learned to do it through trial and error.
I found your video while frantically searching for the best ways to fix my blemish disasters I created on my face (I’m a pro at scanning my face with 10X magnified mirror(those should be illegal btw) and creating a huge mess out of nothing). I must say, Melea u r brilliant! I am amazed how well this worked and so simple! Two items I already had in my medicine cabinet! (Except in Canada we have Polysporin lol). I was already three days in before discovering your miracle treatment, I didn’t even want to go to work with my sad attempt at covering my face with make up/concealer etc which made it look even worse. Literally after one night with bandaids and polysporin, makeup application was a breeze and u would never know I had a two huge (resembling cigarette burns) marks on my face! AMAZING & THANK U MELEA!!!
The best thing I have ever used for acne is the dove men plus care soap in the green box. I'm a girl and my boyfriend had really bad acne, he wouldn't get a ton of pimples. Just two or three big ones. He started using this soap and his face cleared up completely. I had lots of really small bumps and had tried everything. I tried clean and clear, yes to tomatoes, facial scrubbers, the light therapy masks, proactive, sulfur acne medicine. I tried it all. I went to a dermatologist, but the acne medicine she prescribed basically ate my face off, so I tried the soap he was using. I'm telling you if you've tried everything for acne, try this soap. Don't use anything but the soap. I quit all my other acne routines. I do use the occasional benzoyl peroxide on a spot here and there but for the most part my acne is gone and I don't have any redness anymore because I'm not using harsh products on my face. Please give this a try.
+Kylie Pinkerton since I already use bar soap and its always worked on my sensitive skin I'm going to try this, but can I still use my moisturizer after?
cherry c. I personally don't use moisturizer, I have combination skin, so I find that it breaks my face out cause the oils from my skin already moisturize my face. But if you have dry skin, then I don't think it would hurt
I've been doing this with tea tree oil for years on cysts. It takes the pain away and prevents bacteria from getting in, and hardens the pus, so they just peel away. Be careful though because undiluted tea tree oil is VERY drying. Don't be so insicure about a few breakouts, it can make people that have acne feel worse about themselves. Like if you can't leave the house like that, should people with severe acne just hibernate?
I have tried this for years. Band-aids leave an adhesive residue on your skin, and often exacerbate acne over time. Use hydrocolloid dressing instead! They are a type of wound coverage that is generally used on blisters, but work WONDERS on any open wound and can be picked up at most pharmacies. They heal wounds without any additional products, just uses the benefits of moist wound healing to drastically decrease healing time.

Been using Neosporin as a acne treatment for a while now. Good results. I also add a drop of tea tree oil to the Neosporin and mix it up before dabbing it on my face, for an extra healing property.
also instead of using benzoyl peroxide before, I use tea trea oil instead. i dab it on let it try cuz tea oil evaporates and dries out the pimple (doesnt over try or irritate). then the neosporin, no bandaid and then i go to sleep. I promise you there are days i wake up an I cannot even find where the pimple was.
Sure! Ayesha Siddiqui ok so what I do when I have one or a bunch or puss-like pimples. Step 1: Wash your face with any face cleanser or face exfoliater. (For best results use a face brush like from VanityPlanet) Step 2: Put a very warm towel on your face for 1 min or 2. Step 3: Extract pimples showing white and black heads if any.You NEED a pro blemish extracting tool (or tool set if you prefer). Or get two cotton swabs and kinda spread the skin around the pimple to push it up and then push down (not in) on both sides of the pimple firmly until extraction is complete. (if it wont budge don't go any further) Step 4: your face is probably bleeding. That's okay. Wash your face again. Step 5: Get another cotton swab and apply pure tea tree oil on all pimples or apply tea tree oil with a damp sponge on the entire face, AVOID EYES. It will sting and then it will die down as it evaporates and feel refreshing. Overtime the sting goes away and just feels refreshing. Step 6: Apply Neosporin with a cotton swab to the popped pimples (and/or scars) and put a band aid over them. For best results (and if you have time) Leave it on for a total of 48 hours. If not just sleep with it over night. Step 7: Wake up and wash your face and let it air dry. You may use the tea tree oil again and then apply a non greasy moisturizer or sunscreen. BONUS: Apply petroleum jelly to lips before bed for soft non-chapped lips. You will be makeup or natural face ready to take on the world! Thats all!
I actually do a very close routine to this method. I use the St.ive green tea cleanser with a face cloth and wash my face with as hot as I can take it. After I finish I put the Neosporin on the trouble spots. This works like a charm for me! Great video!
when I was in high school and had acne me and my friends would put peroxide on Band-Aids and leave them on over night. it always worked on white heads that were not broken.
So, I don't ususally comment but I appreciate this video so I will leave one. Short thing short, I am 30, have pcos so few big breakouts strikes me. Scabs take at least a week to heal maybe longer and then PIH. Tried this last night and said it cant be worst right. It worked, and beyond my expectations. I got big crater after 2 times squeezing pimple that left big crust. That crust I scratchet again and left with hole. Made this over night but with Mupirocin (in Europe) and bandaid and in morning litteraly was shocked. My scab was flat, with a layer of skin over it and looked like something that before would be after 3 days. I am very pleased and thank you 0:000:000:00
+Morgy Gisela I have a mild latex allergy. When I put one of those breath right nose strips on I woke up with a big welt across my nose!! idk if it was a reaction to latex or something in the sticky stuff.
You know, all these treatments I use for my acne are drying. And if you already have a scab, the drying treatments are only going to make it worse. There's nothing more embarrassing than a giant discolored scab on your face. Definitely giving this a try! Thank you!
St. Ives apricot scrub HAHHAHAHAHAHAHA Warning: do not use these they dry out your skin and the st. Ives and alcohol creates micro tears in your skin and the alcohol will dry out your skin as well Edit: I am aware people's skin types are different but please do not damage your skin by using alcohol. If you use it constantly it will damage your skin perm. Please do research on your own skin type before planning to use any of these methods and if you try to use any of these please consult with a derm. I'm pretty sure it is not recommended by any dermatologists and St. Ives Apricot even has a lawsuit. Kylie Jenner walnut scrub also has had complaints about microtears. It's very hard to undo microtears unless you have surgery or makeup. But just make sure to consult a professional.
St. Ives works differently for everyone! I've sworn by it for years and have had clear skin since using it. I only started getting visible acne after being out of it for a couple weeks. You have to use it only every week or twice a week.
@@Sam-du7cm Some people have different types of skin. It isn't good if you use it daily, but a couple times a week is totally fine. Some people don't have any reactions or problems with the symptoms said to be of this product, such as aging. And many young teens use this product and are on this platform trying to also get rid of pimples, so aging isn't really a problem since they are using this for hormonal acne. And the youtuber here probably doesn't do this every night, and it may just be what she happened to be using.

Caitlin Manansala I don’t. Because I know everyone else has acne and they are self conscious about it too.
I do it’s the worst 😫
I’m 14 in year 9 and I don’t actually have bad acne I just pick at my face when I have spots so they stay for a long time. I get so upset because my family just say it’s my own fault and I’m one of the only people in my year with bad skin
Caitlin Manansala this academic year I've missed out over 10 days of school and they're all bcos of my acne. It rlly fucks up your self confidence
I get acnes before and after my menstruation. It sucks so much because the pimples grow on my nose, ONLY. So I had to wear mouth mask to cover my face up :(
STOP!!
Before you watch this video you are all ready beautiful enough!! Acne or not you are the prettiest human *EVER!*
Stranger things Edits aw
I agree it this hate cause it hurts
Um that’s not true but thanks anyways
My gym teacher complimented my skin and asked what products I used, I don't use any products. I told her, next day I wake up with a zit, thanks Ms. Snow 😩

I had my SERIOUS doubts about this until I tried it myself! I wish I had come across this video YEARS AGO before I gave myself horrible scars everywhere from picking at my acne! Thank you so much for making this video!!
Megan Snyder omg i guess i have to try myself too
Zaise Ayala not really
Try aloe vera for your scars I had the same problem try it for a week or month I swear it will help!!
Megan Snyder whats sebum
Megan Snyder this is gonna sound crazy but use a potato to get rid of your dark spots. TH-cam it. It works!
Dude, i'd need like 4 boxes of bandaids
Remy Elysee I'm loling. Cus fr.
haha same
Remy Elysee Same 😂
Remy Elysee id only need like one band aid haha.
I'd need 10004 boxes😓
Who else doing exercising, skincare stuff, and reducing size so you can look good for school next year?? 🙋♀️😂😂
Edit: I come back to this comment 7 months later and you guys, we can all relate to 😂😂 you guys are great!
You sweat and breathe in it which causes bacteria and dirt to get under your skin which is annoying as heck, trust me 😅)
I hope this helps! 😙💕
Same. Getting rid of acne. Fixed my hair and lost the glasses. Starting heading to the gym eating better and being more social.

Same tbh
Laura Bennetzen na I totally get it

saaaaaame
Laura Bennetzen I feel you lmao I always promise myself that I won't pick and what do u know , I still do the next day haha
Thank you for telling me this!
Salma X she did u can see it
Acne scars or just regular scars b/c I’ve seen acne scars that improved or have been completely lifted from the face
yes there is
I had a dark acne scar on my nose and I put cream on it and it was gone in a day
having make up on in your thumb nail for the "after picture" is very misleading honestly.
kayla weichers the point of this is to be able to cover it up with makeup
kayla weichers I totally agree
Katherine Ray most people want to know what your acne would look like after. not what they would look like after "with makeup on". click bate in my opinion.
kayla weichers what does it matter about the thumbnail just watch the video you'll see the before and after
kayla weichers Ye I think the same thing
Me watching this the first 20 sec: This is sooooo fake I’m never doing this
Me 2 sec later: tries it
Does it work then??
But did it work tho..?
I was skeptical but It actually worked for me LMFAO
Omg so true!
No
You know damn well she put foundation on after😭
bro clam down she even said "this is what it looks like with a bit of makeup"
The point was to flatten out the zits, that way you’re able to wear makeup to cover the redness
Well duh that’s the point, but What she means is we want to see the result of those spots after the treatment PRIOR to make up.
alisaa
I usually have all my pimples in my forehead
Rebecca Alvarado SAME but im scared to do this because my family will think im wierd and laugh and plus im REALLY young to have acne so its really embarassing soooo pls help
Kitty Lover haha me too. I did this:
I put the band aids and neosporan in my pocket and brought it to my room and then put it on before bed and then when I awake I take them off before I leave my room
Lilly weesies that would work if i didnt share a room with my twin sister
But thanks for the idea i really do appreciate it
Kitty Lover haha she’s your sister! Twin! She’d understand 😂
Keep Calm And Love Animals Omg saaaame i had one on my chin and i had school the next day... and i also got it on Saturday!!! 😂
Do girls always have the same struggle? Cuz i can't go to school either with a pimple. Wtff

As soon as I heard her say “st ives apricot scrub” I was like NoOooOo and then the rubbing alcohol 😖😖😖
Same I said oooooooo yea no
@@bunniesinatrenchcoat1809 yeah no ty that would hurt so much i’d just wash it normally with water or something idk
or i just wouldn’t pick at spots
Everyone else and all dermatologists say never to use those kinds of scrubs on your face and alcohol is the biggest no no. It will destroy the skin barrier. Same with witch hazel and peroxide.
@@karenoliva1895Well I dont know about the witch hazel and peroxide part because my dermatologist prescribed me benzoyl peroxide and ive seen alot of research that witch hazel can be good in certain instances but 🤷♀️
I've never related to any comments section more than this one
i agree with using neo/bandaids on pimples. this is actually on old remedy that i heard about at least 10 years ago. however DO NOT ever use a scrub on active acne..thats horrible advice!!!!
Yeah, i second that. Scrub on active acne lesions will surely aggravate the condition. I just used a beaded scrub over my face the other night and the next day all my active pimples were all angry at me. Painful, red, inflamed and pus-filled they were.
Neither rubbling alcohol
Agree!
shade master, agreed.
i wish i saw this earlier 😐
I had a huge acne scab (ik it’s gross don’t remind me) on my cheek and it was so noticeable when I wore makeup so I came across this video put it on overnight and now it pretty much cleared up!!!! Super amazing results
Maddie R I sure hope this works ... I can’t even be seen like this right now 😫😫
Maddie R - what video? What r u supposed to do with acne scabs? I have a few and their super annoying
It’s not gross! It’s a normal human thing! Stay strong and keep being your beautiful self Aliyah!
Zaina.A it shouldn’t burn.
I hate my acne like why! I wish acne never existed like I stopped touching my face and then I started picking and it makes it more worse of you pop it bc it turns red and ew
Use honey as soon as you see a blemish starting. DO NOT PICK
I HAVE SCARS not from acne but from pick poking popping
Use peroxide every day on your zits , then spread olive oil over skin during night
I've struggled with this issue for ages and just wanted to say how much I commend you for doing this. It seriously takes such a brave person to be vulnerable like this and open about their skin issues. You're beautiful with and without the makeup
Thanks girl! I really hope it helps people out there!
I know I'm three years late, but when you said that you'd never go out in public like that, my first thought was that pretty is on the inside 😊
Neosporin is actually really good for cystic acne too! I have it and I'm 24. I went on BC to manage it but before neosporin help minimize them ALOT!
Jessica Michelle thank goodness you just commented this! I got one literally two days ago and it's like a giant planet right on my cheek! ):
wait you went on birth control to manage your acne?? I just started my birth control a little over a month ago and it has caused my skin to be an absolute mess. I've always had a few pimples here or there but my birth control has made my acne 10 times worse than ever before
Linda Huynh what ever you do DONT mess with it. It will go away faster. I swear there are little goblins living under cystic pimples LOL.
Jessica Michelle so you don't think I should put neosporin!
Kristie ******* boys have acne too like...
I can’t use these bandaids even if I try. I’m allergic to bandaid brand bandaids. It leaves the line of the bandaid for about a week or two...
What kind of moisturizer did you use? I a guy and ignorant to that kind of stuff. I just use lotion
what type of moisturizer did you use?
Holy buckets?

DO NOT use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to stop bleeding. there are two liquids used in isopropyl alcohol- one that evaporated on contact with skin, and one that absorbs into the skin. the one that absorbs into the skin relaxes the capillaries, thus causing more bleeding. just take a regular tissue paper and apply pressure for 60-90 seconds until it has stopped bleeding. i hope this helps someone!
haha that’s what I do, alcohol burns to bad anyway
Or you could do both
Rubbing alcohol should not be used on broken skin lol idk why people think this! Ow ow owwwww
@@hey7un i used hand sanitizer, works well
Why is it used on wounds then lmao
Neutranga caused me to break out
Holy nuggets. I have done this forever, but seriously show us how you put on your make up because that is amazing.
Angela Thompson I 2nd this. The coverage is amazing. Not only how but what concealer & foundation is used??
the way i cover up my zits/ any redness is put a thin layer of color correcting on (use a green to conceal red blemishes, if you have purple blemishes use yellow too) and then put your regular foundation/ concealer on top and it covers it so much easier and faster :) the color correctors i use are from Soap & Glory
Thank you so much for telling us about this acne healing trick, I have acne and get judged at my school about it. Now I can use this little trick and I can build up my courage again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
(and I don't wear makeup... at all)

Aka Draws I got pimples on my chin and people stare at me like I’m crazy I’m always picking at it it gets worse I got a problem 🤷🏽♀️
I have one in the middle of my forehead... IM A UNICORN :D
Girl I rather have that then pimples on my forehead but am kinda lucky cause I never get pimples on my cheeks
I am an Esthetician! Do not use St Ives bad bad, it’s like washing your face with glass shards.
Use a professional exfoliant! Even from Sephora. No St. Ives, every dermatologist will tell you that.
yeah.. st ives is not friendly face.

I’ve done this many times. Works great. Only thing that I’ve found that works better is using a hydrocolloid bandage in place of the regular bandaid and neosporin. Great tip!
watching this with bandaids on my face haha ive been doing this since high school but im glad im not alone!

Ayitiana OH MY GOD I-
Tell me how she's so beautiful even with pimples am jealous 😫😍

omg i’ve done this for month’s i thought i was being wierd and like the only one but this literally works so well, take our word for it!!!!
use organic honey instead of the neosporin(if you don't have it) and do the same with the bandaid. works just as good (maybe even better)
I've been doing this for as long as I can remember. To help with the redness and inflammation, I crush an aspirin and mix it with bacitracin. A lot of people are allergic to neosporin and it has been found to cause necrosis as well so we don't recommend neosporin but aquaphor or bacitracin works better for a much broader population of people.
ps......doing this until they're COMPLETELY healed will prevent scarring but don't do it during the day.
what's bacitracin?
Mirella Cortez It is a topical ointment in the same category as neosporin.
when doing this since the 1990s
sorry been doing this since the 1990s
I have an issue with leaving them alone. I get scabs and it makes my make up look like ISHHHH.... THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
you know what bandaids work, CVS brand Hydrocolloid advanced healing bandaids, it draws out moisture so it'll pull the pimple to the surface to form a head, which then it can be easier to extract, I've been using them for years, they work and it also speeds up the healing process if you just can't leave that pesky pimple alone & break the skin...I wear some when I sleep, or even if I'm not going anywhere I'll wear them all day, I buy a box size small it comes with 10 and I just cut them to the size of each pimple, I can cover 6 pimples with one cut up bandaid...I love them lol..I don't use anything else with them, you just wash and dry your face and put on these bandaids and that's it
Ahhhhh thank you so much! My teen years are so rough! My skincare routine is AMAZING and I still breakout and it’s really lowering my self esteem! So you probably won’t see this but your my hero.
“I would never go out in public like this” you should think about the people with cystic acne etc

Crystal Corsatea I swear
You’re beautiful! Don’t let anybody think that acne makes you look horrible.
Lovveee this video.
going to try this tonight !
Jane Stone same
Jane Stone how'd it work??
did it work???
Jane Stone did it work??
Jane Stone. Did it work? I want to try it. But i am not sure if it will work.
Same! I touch my face every five or ten minutes, which of course doesn't really help the acne and just rubs off the makeup I sometimes put on over the acne.
sup 0715
I like your Profil Picture😂👍💜
I kinda do that a bit more then I even realize!! 🤦🏼
Try a makeup brush! A make up brush, when convenient anyway, becomes an amazing alternative... And just feels soothing!
It helps me not touch my face all the time! I have a small kubuki brush, its slightly bigger then an averge lighter! It has also got a lid and fits in my pocket! 😉
‘i will do anything for a beautiful skin and a beautiful face’ i feel uu siss lol
Pisces Rain Wow really! That sounds like a great product. I have a sulfur acne spot treatment that's so-so. I'll have to give this a try! Thanks.
Pisces Rain I have prid and Its a hit-or-miss product for me. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't do anything:/
Yessss I use neosporin on my face every night and it keeps my skin soooooo clear
It kinda doesn't make sense to do a before with no makeup and then an after with foundation and concealer
Lucia Brown if you watch the whole video then you'll know that she she didn't say they would disappear, just heal them enough to cover up with makeup lol...
Lucia Brown I
She showed an after without makeup 1st.
You are helping people like me!
when she said,"uh i would never go out in public looking like this." I have wayyy worse acne that kinda offended me.
And I don't mean this in a mean way you gotta love yourself just the way you are.
yeah, i know it wasn't supposed to offend anyone.. but i felt the same way, though i never had problems showing my acne and acne scars
Mary Holzhauer Why are you so offended by something someone you don't even know said? That's so sad. You must be miserable.
Dani Taylor can you pls tell me the name of the cream you use?????

lmao been doing the bandaid trick for years and I've have never shown or told anyone still. but it does work !
Hillary Germano Thank you for that tipp. Those two ingredients I can get in Europe... I can't get neosporin. I'll try that instead, thanks 😁
Hillary Germano do you put a lot of benzoyl peroxide or just a little bit?
You put nivea cream on the pimple? Isn't it for dry skin?
Yas! I've actually done this before a couple of times on ginormous zits! and you are awesome for putting yourself out there like this!

The Melea Show thanks so much! what a fun surprise!
✋🏻picker!
Laura Wallace me too! 😭
HyperStarbucks ie meeee too I hate it
Laura Wallace same
Laura Wallace in a picker for the big ones I get when I'm pmsing idk why only those ones but that's just how it is
Laura Wallace I'm a very bad picker!!
And I also wouldn't use the apricot scrub, when I had acne it just made the problem worse
Thanks so much, I will definitely give it a try! Hopefully it will work for me, I've been having the same problems
GIRL👏🏻THANK👏🏻YOU👏🏻SO👏🏻MUCH!👏🏻 i get few acnes on my face and im going to meet my bf in 5days and attend a wedding the day after. 😭
This did reduce the bumpiness of my zits but it left bandaid marks on my face that lasted for days!!! Be careful😂😂
Olivia LaRocca good to know 👌
If you blow a hot hair dryer over it for a few seconds they peel off easily without residue
You were dehydrated imbasult
Ethan Neal *imbecile
Olivia LaRocca I figured that would happen, But since I have confirmed information I think I'll be fine! Thanks 😂
That's so cool! I never would have thought to try it. I'm the same way with pimples, I can't leave them alone! I'm definitely trying this :)
Harley Lynn let me know if it works pleasseee
I have tried this for years. Band-aids leave an adhesive residue on your skin, and often exacerbate acne over time. Use hydrocolloid dressing instead! They are a type of wound coverage that is generally used on blisters, but work WONDERS on any open wound and can be picked up at most pharmacies. They heal wounds without any additional products, just uses the benefits of moist wound healing to drastically decrease healing time.
My fave freaks out monthly , I will definitely be trying this !

Been using Neosporin as a acne treatment for a while now. Good results. I also add a drop of tea tree oil to the Neosporin and mix it up before dabbing it on my face, for an extra healing property.
I would definitely try this. Thanks for being brave enough to show us!!!!
Absolutely! I'm headed to the store to buy neosporin now! 😂
Morgan Olsen what Is it? I'm really confused 😂
Libby Johnson It's an antibiotic gel :)
same lol
i do this too! i thought i was the only one... its literally a life saver in a pinch
also instead of using benzoyl peroxide before, I use tea trea oil instead. i dab it on let it try cuz tea oil evaporates and dries out the pimple (doesnt over try or irritate). then the neosporin, no bandaid and then i go to sleep. I promise you there are days i wake up an I cannot even find where the pimple was.
SySy IslandPrincess plz share the complete procedure
Sure! Ayesha Siddiqui ok so what I do when I have one or a bunch or puss-like pimples.
Step 1: Wash your face with any face cleanser or face exfoliater. (For best results use a face brush like from VanityPlanet)
Step 2: Put a very warm towel on your face for 1 min or 2.
(if it wont budge don't go any further)
Step 4: your face is probably bleeding.
I use vaporub on my face to decrease the inflammation and stick bandaids 😁 this is such a great idea! I'll definitely try.
when I was in high school and had acne me and my friends would put peroxide on Band-Aids and leave them on over night. it always worked on white heads that were not broken.
You know we can never tell if it really works because you wear makeup in the after photos
Kaitlin D truee
Kaitlin D well if u can hide them putting makeup on then it works for that day..some acne looks worse even after makeup has been applied.
That is the secret. Hiding them with make up. 🤣
I am very pleased and thank you 0:00 0:00 0:00
Omfg I tried this on my chest and the bandaid adhesive left chemical burns on my skin and gave me a rash in the shape of the bandaid for 2 weeks.
just a word of caution, make sure you don't have crazy reactions like mine before u slap bandaids all over your face
+Morgy Gisela I have a mild latex allergy. When I put one of those breath right nose strips on I woke up with a big welt across my nose!! idk if it was a reaction to latex or something in the sticky stuff.
Morgy Gisela yes!!! That happens to me too
Morgy Gisela ur probably just allergic
Maybe you're allergic to latex
You know, all these treatments I use for my acne are drying. And if you already have a scab, the drying treatments are only going to make it worse. There's nothing more embarrassing than a giant discolored scab on your face.
Definitely giving this a try! Thank you!
Secrett have a huge brown (yes brown) scab in the middle of my nose and it's so bad :(
Someone c: Aweh :( oh no
I am definitely going to try this it is really simple and I love all of your ideas keep it up love you
Me too
St. Ives apricot scrub HAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
Warning: do not use these they dry out your skin and the st. Ives and alcohol creates micro tears in your skin and the alcohol will dry out your skin as well
Edit: I am aware people's skin types are different but please do not damage your skin by using alcohol.
Samantha agreed. I tried the green st Ives and omg my skin was soooooooooo dry!
Yes it is soo bad for your skin!!!
St. Ives works differently for everyone! I've sworn by it for years and have had clear skin since using it. I only started getting visible acne after being out of it for a couple weeks. You have to use it only every week or twice a week.
@@julialaw3122 i dont mean to seem rude but please do research its not very helpful for anybody's skin
