Hi Static, Hoping you still read these comments. did a JDM D15 swap duel vtec, into a 1991 HF CRX. Have the Rywire harness, everythings hooked up. No resistor box due to obd1 injectors. We are not getting any injector pulse, car starts on starting fluid but wont start without it. Has spark and fuel, just seems to be an issue with the injectors not pulsing. How do we fix or trouble shoot this? have the correct ecu for it. cheers

It looked like you put the obd0 ecu back on but in part 1 it was obd1. To make it obd1 in the cabin I would have to get a jumper harness and just plug ABC plugs into jumper then use that to plug into the obd1 ECU correct? How about wiring VTEC for D16Z6? Do you know the PIN for that? Thanks

I have to to the dpfi to mpfi conversation cause the driver side plug didn’t line up so I’m using the d series for the b series and someone told me to follow the steps but now I have to wire 4 wires in the ecu and I have an harness to line up with the harness that was plugged into the stock ecu for the d series. And now I’m stuck what I should do since it’s a different motor

Man I wish there videos were up when 10 years ago when I put together all the parts to the swap in a CRX HF. But had no clue how to wire anything and our wiring guru went to jail for 3months. So had to let it go to the junkyard for $250 cause I couldn't store it where I was at. I even gutted my old EF Si n all that shit was in the car....I wish I could go back with what I know now lol.

So if i'm right you're using odb1 (d16z6) injectors that do not require a res box on a odb0 ecu right ? By the way, why were you looping the res box wires from injector 1 and 2?
Yea I didn’t know if it was possible always thought one would need a obd1 ecu for them injectors, yea I noticed the loop on the injectors wires too and he hooked them into the yellow wire that’s on the plug on the strut tower, resis wires it has to be going to a15 which is the resis wire that’s going to the ecu. I’ve seen others run the red wires from the injectors which is 4 individually to the ecu and noticed he ran just 2 wires in with the blue ones from the dizzy so that’s what confuses me

You use the stock engine harness and you do the mpfi conversion to it and it should plug right up to the b20 and work

Jul M change your ecu to a non vtec ecu or chip it and remove knock sensor.

What if your B12 has a blue wire and it's not a empty slot
You can use the wire in that slot. Once you go mpfi you don’t need it’s old function anymore, it needs to be wired for what the mpfi needs
