Thank you, it's great to hear that you find my videos inspiring! Every organization is different, I tend to join mainly projects for which I don't need to pay, but for some I did. Most of them are free when you can volunteer for a long term like a few months, and if you want to come for 1-2 weeks it's way more harder to find. I just look for them online, no specific website, or at the several facebook volunteering groups. At the moment I am in Spain and I look for projects around to cut down the costs and time for travel.

No, you have to pay only for a place to stay.
