Very helpful video! I live in the Caribbean and have been foil surfing for a little over a month now. My foil has got plenty of scratches from hitting rocks.
I have a white Takuma Helium and I have been using an acrylic paint pen I bought from Lidl. It's liquid paint, but the tip is like a hard sponge or felt fit and you can press it to pump paint from the container to the tip. Takes a while to dry, but it fills smaller scratches and it's easy to sand once dry. For a quick touch-up, nail polish works too (and can be removed later with acetone, if you want to do a more solid repair). I suppose if the foil has a nasty crack on it and it has a foam core, you might want to be careful with acetone (and possibly nail polish too) just in case it dissolves the core. For something like that, I would use either SolarEZ (quick and easy) or Hempel epoxy filler (takes a long time to cure).

Yes, epoxy with filler is the proper way to fix scratches but this pen works surprisingly well with less work and quick dry time.

I have only tested the low halogen markers
A little spritz of matte clear coat over the whole wing as a final step leaves a nice even finish.
