Judge Azcarate Is a former marine that realized after becoming a judge that there were too many veterans coming back and getting into trouble. She created a system to help them. I swear, Amber and her team will stop at nothing to discredit people that absolutely do not deserve to be discredited. It’s nauseating.

Yes, Elaine. Cameras were allowed in the courtroom, so now we've seen how unprofessional and incompetent your performance was, and just how much Amber Heard lied during the trial. All legal and government proceedings should be subject to this level of transparency.
To me, this is a true and super valid point, and also a scary one. This level of transparency does allow for very few bald-faced lies and corruptions unless of course there is real-time editting. However, some people can not do speaking in public well to the point of not being able to do it at all and could be very genuine and hang themselves so its a hard call.

I really wanted one of the interviewers to point out that she brought social media into the trial. She brought testimony about the hashtags, she brought testimony about the volume of tweets, Amber testified about specific comments about her she had seen. If anyone tried to use social media to influence the jury it was them.

We are all learning about severe narcissists. Trump is one. They have an entirely different reality they stand by. How is the general public going to get around this mind control? It's a tough one. Hope this case has helped break it all down so the average person can see when gaslighting is in effect. By the way, I was actually listening to Trump's speeches in 2015 when he was first running to see if he could be a good candidate. Once I started to see he was a bona-fide narcissist I realized the country was going to be under his spell whether they knew or not he was believing his own lies and having others parrot those lies to appease his narcisism. Yes I agree also in her testimony fake crying with her over exaggeration saying she just wants Johnny to leave her alone ?!?! And she is going to APPEAL?!! How is that leaving him alone, she is the whole haunting him and won't leave him alone, if anything she can't leave him alone she said some terrifying things as messages towards him saying Johnny said I will make sure you think about me everyday and torment you every day and make you think about me .....that was pointed towards him and her being a sociopathic narcissist she meant to say that to him while staring into his soul to further mentally torment him .... I know exactly her tactics because I am still dealing with my own trauma abuse PTSD anxiety and Paranoia that my ex for 10 years mentally manipulated me bullied me belittled me harassed stalked threatened me and unfortunately forced me to perform a sexual act ....and thats when I was able to get the restraining order which just expired this happened to me a year ago ....and I am getting therapy counseling for the help I need for my trauma and nightmares and constant torment of him sucking the JOY from almost everything from my life .....these types of people never think they're in the wrong they think they're always the victim and they think they never need real help and continue to use and abuse other people's kindness and goodness ....I feel for Johnny and hope he can recover....she needs to leave this alone and stop going after something that we can all see now with our eyes and to spread the awareness that human beings are being affected by narcissistic abuse and its very commonplace and they need to be called out and they need to admit their own life mistakes instead of constantly thinking they're the victims!! there are a lot of male and female victims coming out, happy that JD won because it felt right. It was not about gender, or who he was... it was about truth, and being able to come forward and say "I am a victim" without feeling ashamed or guilty. Same here, Mary. The abused simply do not behave in the way AH did. She made me feel sick whilst lying on the stand. The only time I felt her behavior was honest was with her reaction to the verdict. I actually felt a bit of empathy with her then, the first time in all the trial.

I also remember reading that the UK Judge was linked or known in some capacity to friends of ambers legal team. That case should be looked at again imo. For this case to get so far, I think people should be looked at again.

Judge Penney was professional and patient. The jurors were all professional and went through all the information available to them. The stenographer was professional. All were unbiased.

The way I've always heard "the saying" is: Everyone hates lawyers even when you need one. And there is a good reason for that saying. Elaine proves that point. Elaine should not have been allowed to keep rolling her eyes and giving incredulous facial expressions in the direction of the jury when Johnny's attorney was saying something favorable about him. She is making things worse, along with the turn twins, by staying in the media and not losing graciously.

I dont understand too. They had a fair trial. But its just UK, UK, UK, UK .. Im not from USA and Im sure your legal system its not perfect but the way she is talking about its not right. I think Elaine needs to be investigated. During the trial her mic was on when Dr. S. said he was going to lie and was there anything he couldn't lie about and Elaine said no.
We were willing to give her a pass as maybe a middle of the road attorney stuck with a horrible client and no evidence. She's disgusting regarding this stuff about the two trials. Amber Heard was NOT THE TARGET of litigation in the UK trial. She had nothing to do with the discovery process, unlike in Virginia, and that greatly inhibited Depp's chances of proving his innocence. Amber knows that, Elaine knows that. No, "All the evidence" didnt come in in the UK trial. More evidence came in during this trial, we had thousands of exhibits on each side. She's using it as a crutch because she knows the media hosts probably know nothing about it and can't challenge her on it. The rules of evidence are what they are, both sides play by the same rules of evidence. Depp's side couldn't get stuff in either, like the Australia tapes where Heard can be heard saying she's sorry and she didn't mean to hurt him, etc. It's partially hearsay evidence because other people are on those tapes. She's essentially arguing that because a bunch of flat out HEARSAY evidence didn't get admitted, that's why Amber lost. Amber lost because she's not credible, her story has more holes in it than swiss cheese, and Johnny's version of events has never changed. I mean come on, she claims Johnny severed his finger by smashing a phone, but yet told her acting coach he did it with a broken bottle? So many discrepancies in her case. Amber Heard lost on all 3 counts, in a defamation trial against two public figures, where it needs to be a unanimous decision, where the legal standard is notoriously high, in a setting where the law GREATLY favors the defendant. That alone speaks volumes to her credibility. Period. Elaine is trying to discredit the jury here, questioning their intelligence, their neutrality, and it absolutely disgusts me that she'd stoop to this level. Shame on her. That is totally different from taking the side of your client and continuing to defend them. Questioning the jury is a step too far. I’m a survivor who then became a counselor, for 25+ years, of both men, women and same-sex couples, who has literal chest pains when I listen to this woman and the potential damage SHE AND HER CLIENT could do to a cause I have fought for for the past 30 years. I am also a retired medical professional who worked on an acute Unit for over 10 years..and I have both professional and personal experience with BPD….namely my “mother”. I put it in quotes because she’s always been vocal that she wishes I was never born, that I destroyed her life since birth (I was born with a rare genetic disorder…a “punishment” for the “evil child and adult you would be”.). EVERYTHING that ever went wrong in my mothers life, including my brothers criminal and drug history-MY FAULT. 🤷🏼♀️. Listening to AH, her very poor melodramatic acting, was like my mother 50 years ago; having a tantrum in our driveway because some people at church had called her out for beating me, slapping me, throwing me down..at church. She insisted, and still does, that *I* somehow put her up to it. In my 20’s I became involved with a very abusive man who ended up taking our children overseas..to Saudi. I didn’t see my children for over 5 years, became a counselor during that time, and FINALLY began admitting that NOTHING I could ever do would change my mother, and that I needed to work on ME, develop self-esteem-something I STILL have to work on, and bring my children back to a safe, stable home. Long story for THIS REASON: AH is a mother, has NO intention right now, in getting the intensive psychological help she so desperately needs..her attorney’s enabling her aren’t helping. Another thing..when someone with BPD PLUS is this narcissistic, surrounded by enablers; when their veil is suddenly torn and they realize people are seeing “the truth”? S. Ideation, attempts and success..are common. In most cases I’ve seen, again, both personal and professionally, it’s a half-hearted attempt they will use to squeeze every bit of empathy they can get. Unfortunately, there’s a reason there are many psych’s who refuse to treat BPD. It just popped into my head what I heard from a mentor one day..”they don’t pay me enough to deal with borderlines”. It’s got a VERY bad rap because compliance and success are rare. HOWEVER, there have been many breakthroughs in treatment in recent years (I highly recommend the young lady who calls herself The Truth Doctor..who has been diagnosed with BPD herself). Right now, AH still has the $$$ to afford a psych who WILL treat her. Let’s hope for both her sake and her child’s she gets it.

I’ve been following this case for years I’ve read so many court documents, witness statements etc. This is what I have found to be true, in her allegations of abuse back when they we’re together before she turned it into an over blown side show there was one thing I found multiple times. An incident would happen where she would attack JD attack him very violently punches, kicks, clawing with her nails etc and she would think that was okay because she’s a woman and he’s a man and he should just suck it up. In one or two of these instances JD would push her away or in another instance he bumped her forehead with his. So she attacks him and when JD inadvertently injures her when restraining her or even injures by purpose like with the door on her toes, well him defending himself that is when she will scream abuse. This the pattern I found in the records is she will start arguing that turns into shouting and screaming, she then attacks JD violently when he tries to leave. She does this in front of people many staff and security, friends saw this. So AH knowing all these instances then twist it and claims he attacks her and she just defended herself. JD said in his witness statements that at least half of the incident were completed made up. Like the tattoo incident. She will even twist an incident that people witnesses and say he did it. She’s despicable, she clearly thinks we are all stupid and that we can’t judge 6 weeks of evidence.
She also probably has distorted perceptions and memories of childhood abuse that she's consciously or unconsciously projecting to protect her own fragile ego - all typical of BPD and C-PTSD.
What an insult to the jurors, judge, and JD lawyers. This lawyer needed to go out and talk to the media because they also were part of Amber's loss when they open the door with the person talking about Twitter, Instagram, etc. She asked more than one time about the money and Alpacas, would that had make Amber win?????

I can't see Judge Penny allowing any of this. She was so present, respectful, articulate and fair. There was a whackload of evidence submitted and allowed. This just doesn't look good/ authentic. It looks desperate and rash, it looks like damage control. There was so much in that trial, Elaine is minimizing to a large degree. It's actually a little shocking.
The fact in UK none of the evidence she spoke about never came out. In fact most legal experts were shocked at Judge Nichols conclusion based on lack of evidence.
I had respect for her until now. Even after all of the jokes that were done at her expense. She was just doing her job. But for her to minimize the experience of men who are being abused, is just inexcusable. She is going on the record that AH’s damaging position is her own. If she confined this at the court room, that’s fine but this is low, and more damaging to her career. It shows that their strategy is aligned with her views, and they still failed. They didn’t fail because they were defending what they felt was indefensible. It just shows how inept they were, despite being 100% behind AH.

Watching Elaine going through this is torture :D Now imagine if this trial was not televised. And the thing she said about the 10 day break is ironic, because without that 10-day break they wouldn't have been able to fix the Milani make up opening statement blunder. Which they did IMMEDIATLY the day the break ended by saying during Amber's direct testimony, which continued after the break that this is not the "exact same make-up that she used, just of a same brand." So they cleared that up conventiently.

I worked in govt...w/o revealing too much I will tell you in AU we had Amber escorted out of the country. She was slated to be charged w/ no less than 7 crimes the most severe being attempted murder as per the QC (the Westminster systems equivalent to a S.A. /A USA. We did an 'undertaking' c/ AU DIMIA and QC and she left and her visa revoked with a 5yr ban from AU. After 5 yrs she has to apply for the block to be lifted. Due to Aquaman, they have applied to have the ban lifted. The High Court and DIMIA do not believe she has shown contrition or acted to ameliorate her extensive legal violations whilst in AU. Fact is the block was extended for 3 more years Nov 2021. This is ALL public information that a person can go to the Ministry and get copies of...They do not 'seal' cases just because someone is a celebrity. Further Elaine's characterization of the UK case is Wholly incorrect!!!!!! She is comparing apples and oranges! I can discuss that further if someone has queries. Finally the evidence of Amber's violence and 'menacing behavior' whilst in AU is overwhelming and her reasons for not being arrested were ONLY due to the reciprocal agreement we have w Oz for U.S. citizens who commit crimes with murder being the inly exception. We / the U.S. agreed to remove her at our expense from their country. Further, we agreed to cooperate with any investigation then and in the future as to her conduct whilst in AU.

To me, this is a true and super valid point, and also a scary one. This level of transparency does allow for very few bald-faced lies and corruptions unless of course there is real-time editting. However, some people can not do speaking in public well to the point of not being able to do it at all and could be very genuine and hang themselves so its a hard call.

Surely the UK decision needs to be looked at again and appealed in the light of this jury decision. It seems to me that folk seem to be making excuses for the Judge in the UK case. I also remember reading that the UK Judge was linked or known in some capacity to friends of ambers legal team. That case should be looked at again imo. For this case to get so far, I think people should be looked at again.

Judge Penney was professional and patient. The jurors were all professional and went through all the information available to them. The stenographer was professional. All were unbiased.

As someone who lived with DV for almost 2 decades, I needed Johnny to win. I needed the vindication that I was denied.
She's disgusting regarding this stuff about the two trials. Amber Heard was NOT THE TARGET of litigation in the UK trial. She had nothing to do with the discovery process, unlike in Virginia, and that greatly inhibited Depp's chances of proving his innocence. Amber knows that, Elaine knows that. No, "All the evidence" didnt come in in the UK trial. More evidence came in during this trial, we had thousands of exhibits on each side. She's using it as a crutch because she knows the media hosts probably know nothing about it and can't challenge her on it.
The rules of evidence are what they are, both sides play by the same rules of evidence. Depp's side couldn't get stuff in either, like the Australia tapes where Heard can be heard saying she's sorry and she didn't mean to hurt him, etc. It's partially hearsay evidence because other people are on those tapes. She's essentially arguing that because a bunch of flat out HEARSAY evidence didn't get admitted, that's why Amber lost. Amber lost because she's not credible, her story has more holes in it than swiss cheese, and Johnny's version of events has never changed. I mean come on, she claims Johnny severed his finger by smashing a phone, but yet told her acting coach he did it with a broken bottle? So many discrepancies in her case.
Amber Heard lost on all 3 counts, in a defamation trial against two public figures, where it needs to be a unanimous decision, where the legal standard is notoriously high, in a setting where the law GREATLY favors the defendant. That alone speaks volumes to her credibility. Period. Elaine is trying to discredit the jury here, questioning their intelligence, their neutrality, and it absolutely disgusts me that she'd stoop to this level. Shame on her. That is totally different from taking the side of your client and continuing to defend them. Questioning the jury is a step too far. Those are ordinary citizens that had nothing to do with this circus and the events leading up to it.

I’m a survivor who then became a counselor, for 25+ years, of both men, women and same-sex couples, who has literal chest pains when I listen to this woman and the potential damage SHE AND HER CLIENT could do to a cause I have fought for for the past 30 years. I am also a retired medical professional who worked on an acute Unit for over 10 years..and I have both professional and personal experience with BPD….namely my “mother”. I put it in quotes because she’s always been vocal that she wishes I was never born, that I destroyed her life since birth (I was born with a rare genetic disorder…a “punishment” for the “evil child and adult you would be”.). EVERYTHING that ever went wrong in my mothers life, including my brothers criminal and drug history-MY FAULT. 🤷🏼♀️. Listening to AH, her very poor melodramatic acting, was like my mother 50 years ago; having a tantrum in our driveway because some people at church had called her out for beating me, slapping me, throwing me down..at church. She insisted, and still does, that *I* somehow put her up to it. In my 20’s I became involved with a very abusive man who ended up taking our children overseas..to Saudi. I didn’t see my children for over 5 years, became a counselor during that time, and FINALLY began admitting that NOTHING I could ever do would change my mother, and that I needed to work on ME, develop self-esteem-something I STILL have to work on, and bring my children back to a safe, stable home.
Long story for THIS REASON: AH is a mother, has NO intention right now, in getting the intensive psychological help she so desperately needs..her attorney’s enabling her aren’t helping. Another thing..when someone with BPD PLUS is this narcissistic, surrounded by enablers; when their veil is suddenly torn and they realize people are seeing “the truth”? S. Ideation, attempts and success..are common. In most cases I’ve seen, again, both personal and professionally, it’s a half-hearted attempt they will use to squeeze every bit of empathy they can get.
Unfortunately, there’s a reason there are many psych’s who refuse to treat BPD. It just popped into my head what I heard from a mentor one day..”they don’t pay me enough to deal with borderlines”. It’s got a VERY bad rap because compliance and success are rare. HOWEVER, there have been many breakthroughs in treatment in recent years (I highly recommend the young lady who calls herself The Truth Doctor..who has been diagnosed with BPD herself).
Right now, AH still has the $$$ to afford a psych who WILL treat her. Let’s hope for both her sake and her child’s she gets it.

@Mega Pint & Muffins the level of ignorance in her team astounds me ...a therapist is not a medical professional, they are mental health professionals, even elaine should know better.
I’ve been following this case for years I’ve read so many court documents, witness statements etc. This is what I have found to be true, in her allegations of abuse back when they we’re together before she turned it into an over blown side show there was one thing I found multiple times. An incident would happen where she would attack JD attack him very violently punches, kicks, clawing with her nails etc and she would think that was okay because she’s a woman and he’s a man and he should just suck it up. In one or two of these instances JD would push her away or in another instance he bumped her forehead with his. So she attacks him and when JD inadvertently injures her when restraining her or even injures by purpose like with the door on her toes, well him defending himself that is when she will scream abuse. This the pattern I found in the records is she will start arguing that turns into shouting and screaming, she then attacks JD violently when he tries to leave. She does this in front of people many staff and security, friends saw this. So AH knowing all these instances then twist it and claims he attacks her and she just defended herself. JD said in his witness statements that at least half of the incident were completed made up. Like the tattoo incident. She will even twist an incident that people witnesses and say he did it. She’s despicable, she clearly thinks we are all stupid and that we can’t judge 6 weeks of evidence.
She also probably has distorted perceptions and memories of childhood abuse that she's consciously or unconsciously projecting to protect her own fragile ego - all typical of BPD and C-PTSD.
Johnnys therapist testified on Ambers side. I do not believe any of this. Unless she wanted to put on another performance.
What an insult to the jurors, judge, and JD lawyers. This lawyer needed to go out and talk to the media because they also were part of Amber's loss when they open the door with the person talking about Twitter, Instagram, etc. She asked more than one time about the money and Alpacas, would that had make Amber win?????

I can't see Judge Penny allowing any of this. She was so present, respectful, articulate and fair. There was a whackload of evidence submitted and allowed. This just doesn't look good/ authentic. It looks desperate and rash, it looks like damage control. There was so much in that trial, Elaine is minimizing to a large degree. It's actually a little shocking.
The fact in UK none of the evidence she spoke about never came out. In fact most legal experts were shocked at Judge Nichols conclusion based on lack of evidence.
I had respect for her until now. Even after all of the jokes that were done at her expense. She was just doing her job. But for her to minimize the experience of men who are being abused, is just inexcusable. She is going on the record that AH’s damaging position is her own. If she confined this at the court room, that’s fine but this is low, and more damaging to her career. It shows that their strategy is aligned with her views, and they still failed. They didn’t fail because they were defending what they felt was indefensible. It just shows how inept they were, despite being 100% behind AH.

I worked in govt...w/o revealing too much I will tell you in AU we had Amber escorted out of the country. She was slated to be charged w/ no less than 7 crimes the most severe being attempted murder as per the QC (the Westminster systems equivalent to a S.A. /A USA. We did an 'undertaking' c/ AU DIMIA and QC and she left and her visa revoked with a 5yr ban from AU. After 5 yrs she has to apply for the block to be lifted. Due to Aquaman, they have applied to have the ban lifted. The High Court and DIMIA do not believe she has shown contrition or acted to ameliorate her extensive legal violations whilst in AU. Fact is the block was extended for 3 more years Nov 2021. This is ALL public information that a person can go to the Ministry and get copies of...They do not 'seal' cases just because someone is a celebrity.
Further Elaine's characterization of the UK case is Wholly incorrect!!!!!! She is comparing apples and oranges! I can discuss that further if someone has queries.
Finally the evidence of Amber's violence and 'menacing behavior' whilst in AU is overwhelming and her reasons for not being arrested were ONLY due to the reciprocal agreement we have w Oz for U.S. citizens who commit crimes with murder being the inly exception. We / the U.S. agreed to remove her at our expense from their country. Further, we agreed to cooperate with any investigation then and in the future as to her conduct whilst in AU.

I tried to play devil's advocate but by the closing arguments, it became crystal clear that she could not document the details honestly and with sincere emotion during her testimony. She also could not produce the photographic proof of her horrendous accounts of his attacks. RHIANNA did.
