Do you plan on getting a 6MT coupe if you can find one? 10th gen 2.0T’s are also decently priced nowadays as well, if you plan on keeping an automatic, but want to up the scales in terms of performance.

yo i love seeing you everywhere no cap you’re so knowledgeable and so involved in the community i absolutely love it
is there a way i can contact you and ask you questions about anything from time to time?
me and a friend of mine are desperate for knowledge and here in ga accords aren’t really a big thing-ofc i learned a lot online and plan on getting supporting mods and improving my handling and wheels before tuning but yeah
is there any way i can get your contact info?
i apologize for the rambling and all but thanks for always commenting
we know a decent bit of stuff but
i don’t think a 2.0T needs that tho but anyways

How does it jump from 40-60 so quick? What are you doing to achieve this?

What parts did you upgrade and if so where? I have a 2009 8th gen sedan v6 I want to make it quicker

If you have the older sedan, good luck. Those have a 5AT, with no paddle shifters; although you can manually shift with the gear lever. I highly suggest you find the coupe model at least, or a manual 6MT coupe. Even the 9th gen Accord V6 automatic, with the 6AT, was a bit outdated during it’s time; hence the in-house Honda 10AT in the 10th gen Accord 2.0T absolutely wiping the floor with it, in terms of performance.
I wouldn’t bother spending too much money on your gen Accord V6 sedan, unless you plan on modifying it for more efficiency and economy. You can buy KTuner and disable VCM, for example. This will electronically disable the cylinder deactivation, and prevent certain issues from long term economy driving (basically driving like a granny 24/7).
Aside from that, KTuner has some preset tunes for 87 and 91 octane, so those should be a decent tune for your setup. Simply get an FBO (intake, header, exhaust) setup that you like. Cat deletes and catless exhaust parts are discontinued now, unless you live outside of the US. You can still either get generic high flow cats and have those welded in, if you do end up going that route.
You can maybe opt for other modifications, like converting the front brakes to a BBK (big brake kit) setup from an Acura RL or TL. Another popular J35 mod, like swapping out for a J37 intake manifold and throttle body, would also be a decent mod; although, you’d be best off getting a proper tune on this one. Most people don’t often have the best gains or ECU stability by just doing a bolt-on intake mani/TB swap.

      @@isnowyazn I have the 09 v6 with 5AT and paddle shifters.

@@shyzy8903 That’s a little better than, I guess. More convenient that having to constantly shift manually with the gear lever.
I think you’re better off doing simple bolt-on mods or going for aesthetic mods. Depending on what state or county you live in, you’d probably be fine with an air intake and a muffler delete. Maybe get some nice wheels and coilovers, or lowering springs, depending on your preference.
