      Jason Siegel as a Ravens fan, I can tell you I miss those days 😂
      You guys have been killing us ever since.
      Him and Ed Reed and ngata and suggs together was amazing.
      Reed never would have allowed that play to happen earlier this year to Brown :(
      But I respect the heck out of your team. Best rivalry in sports.

    As a Ravens fan, who has seen all of our head to head BATTLES, I can tell you exactly what made Ben more dangerous than anyone.
    Breaking tackles, using his eyes to trick the coverage, and his pump fake. His pump fake was CRAZY.
    I can remember so many times he'd do that pump fake of his, and it would trick the friggin camera man.
    And of course it would trick our coverage and then he'd bomb it into a nice open wideout.
    Man. I miss the old days. Loved watching our battles.
    It's still good, but the Ravens are still kind of coming back to where they used to be. Defense, as great as it is, still can't compare to the Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Ngata, McAllister, suggs days.
    The only remaining warrior is Suggs.

      @@zacharygutshall8452 I think our rivalry has died down since Big Ben retired. But years ago, it was some of the nastiest, blood-thirsty battles in the entire NFL. I know I am way late to the party on this video, but as a Pittsburg fan I hated the Ravens had him and Ed Reed, but now all I have is respect for Ray Lewis, I wish we still had defenders like him. This man was an absolute game wrecker. Has to be one of the best defensive players of all time, and watching his highlights are just amazing. Maybe it’s because I don’t keep up with a lot of the newer defenders, but it doesn’t seem like any of them put quite the time in becoming the absolute animal this man was. He spent a lot of time watching film and studying the offense and learning QB’s cadences and play actions. I could be wrong but it seems like no one on either side of the ball puts in the time and effort on and off the field these older guys use to, even though they are being paid exponentially higher. I like exciting offensive games, but man I miss some of that early to mid defensive play that just isn’t allowed anymore. Football isn’t as hardcore as it use to be

    For the past few years my top quarterbacks have been 1. Rodgers 2. Brees 3. Brady. Brady probably has had the greatest career of a quarterback but I just think Rodgers and Brees are more talented. Brees literally had some of the worst defenses ever.

    • @chipchippington4551
      @chipchippington4551 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      +dylan danielson Rodgers has a great o line that utilizes the hug techniques and allows Rodgers all that time, because he holds that ball for ages, the only defense that constantly shows that they can beat that o line is Vikings, Patriots pocket constantly collapses but Brady has one of the best release times and Rodgers has one of the longest release times.
      Brees that is debatable, he probably would do well at the pats but Saints have always had a better D and good WRs but they always end up trading them away (example Cooks), so they only difference would be better coaching and the best TE to play the game

    This comparison is stupid. Come back here when Rogers is 39 and tell me what you think. I think on the whole Brees is better overall. I think Rogers is more dominant now due to age, but let's face it you put Rogers on the Saints for 12 years they never win a Super BOwl. Ever. People just don't see the apples to oranges comparisons the media throw out there. Think about it.
    If someone told you Cleveland drafted a QB this year and in 12 years, they would have won the division and went to the conference championship the season after 0-16, three years after that won a Super BOwl, then 4 more playoff appearances with 3 divisional appearances minimum, plus that QB will wind up with the most yards, completions, accuracy %, and possibly TDs EVER, you would say that's probably the best QB in history.
    Seriously guys the Saints had bags on their head until the 90s and never won a playoff game until they were 34 years old. Before Brees they were 1-5 in the playoffs all time in 40 years for fick sake lololol. After Brees 7-5 and a Super Bowl. It's a no brainer. If all we are going to do is credit the QBs with loaded teams in great organizations then why don't we only have the Pats and Steelers on tv from now on. And only skill players from those teams in the HOF.

Drew brees ONLY super win if you want to say stat wise sure other qbs have better stats but Ben wasn't a passer for the first half of his career he was a gun singer run first then back yard football pass plays keep in mind also Ben is the ONLY qb with 3 500+ passing yard games. Big Ben fits the system he he is in like a glove he is a Pittsburgh qb you put tom Brady in bens shoes having the play the Bengals and ravens twice a year he woulda retired 5 years ago.

Seriously guys the Saints had bags on their head until the 90s and never won a playoff game until they were 34 years old. Before Brees 1-5 in the playoffs all time in 40 year lololol. After Brees 7-5 and a Super Bowl. It's a no brainer. If all we are going to do is credit the QBs with loaded teams in great organizations then why don't we only have the Pats and Steelers on tv from now on.

    Rodgers is better. I think quarterback skill wise they’re even within their own rights but I think Aaron is more fun to watch which breaks that tie between the two

  • @Jaccobtw
    @Jaccobtw 6 ปีที่แล้ว +16

    I’d easily take Aaron Rodgers over Drew Brees. Only qb in NFL history with a career rating over 100 and has the best TD to INT ratio.

      @themidget227 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Jaccobtw vs all those statistics they showed you Brees had? Not to mention next year he will break passing yards and tds

    • @flash012234
      @flash012234 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not to mention that Rodgers can play extremely well at home and extremely well on the road.
      Brees can only win under the Superdome.

    • @jackdamenace13
      @jackdamenace13 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You have to factor in era too. Nothing against Aaron Rodgers but he's in a pass friendly era. Steve Young, Marino, Unitas, and Montana would all have better stats if they played in this era.

    • @ozfan6
      @ozfan6 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd mostly take Rodgers over Brees because he has more years on him. Brees and Rodgers are both great, but Brees probably only has 2-4 years at best.

      Drew brees is the most accurate quarterback of all time

  • @jo0123
    @jo0123 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Aaron Rodgers is significantly better than Drew Brees. Aaron Rodgers basically has been carrying that team for many years now without a good defense or running game.Drew threw for more than 5000 yards last 3 seasons but his team went 7-9. He has a good defense and running game now and he is relevant now.

    • @jfwalken
      @jfwalken 6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      JoJo Aaron has had a bottom 10 d twice, Drew has had bottom 10 d 8 times missed playoff 4 times essentially Drew misses the playoff when his d is 26th or lower. Who's better comes to throw distance and mobility, Rodgers, vs pre snap reads and accuracy, Brees.

      You put aaron on any of the saints teams when they never made the playoffs and the results dont change. Rodgers went on a historic run to carry the worst packer defense hes had, to the playoffs and they barely got in. Any of Drews defenses, during the years he never made the playoffs, have been far worse and its not close. Theyre Historically bad and in 2015 & 2012, they're easily the worst two defenses of all time.

      @jacksonenglade6054 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      JoJo I love how you people just ignore Brees' stats, the Saints defenses over the last years have been historically bad. Brees is so much better than Rodgers, numbers dont lie....

    • @jo0123
      @jo0123 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jackson Englade he is not, Rodgers has a better passer rating, touchdown to int ratio and has more wins. If stats are the only category to measure qbs no way brady is greater than manning or Brees.

    • @jacksonenglade6054
      @jacksonenglade6054 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      JoJo If you think about it, brady really isnt better than manning or brees, Brady is amazing but if he hadn't landed at the Patriots with Belichick and the system he has he wouldnt have 5 rings plain and simple

    If Big Ben doesn't make it to the Super bowl this year then its clear that he's overrated. He has had the most talented offense for the past 3 years at least now (WRs, RBs, and OLinemen).

      zach j do u member the play a few years ago where it was the last couple seconds of a game he was hurrying up the offense on the one yard line and everyone on both teams thought he was gonna spike it and he just jumped and reached over the goal line and fooled everyone on both teams and won the game? smartest play I've ever seen... I live in Minnesota and wish we could just have him or Rodgers with our D instead we gotta deal with those two legends 4 games every year :/.
