Well that explains everything thank you I added a SIM card on my account t-mobile and same problem running android 12 ..I see the bars and the display reads t-mobile but no luck I’ll be going to Verizon to get a SIM card ..T-mobile support team told me there working on catching up with automotive android units that take SIM card …thanks a bunch bro ..

After going to Verizon and asking if the IMEI of this head unit was compatible with their network, they told me it was not. I see that in a comment that you say to have pulled your SIM card straight from a phone. Questions: - Did you choose to leave your phone plan active and pay the price of an activated phone, or is this a deactivated SIM? - Does the head unit have internet capabilities or service (without Wi-Fi) while using this SIM card? - What kind of phone does this SIM think it’s connected to? - Does this head unit still work with this SIM? - How did you get the BMW logo on screen :) ? @@JOATD right before I was going to watch a video I cut my vehicle off and turn it back on and then my screen is black but I can hear the radio playing
No I don't think so I think it's car specific but if you go in my descriptions area I have the web address where I bought it from they have multiple BMWs listed

Yeah I had the same problem I was on the phone with T-Mobile forever then come to find out the unit didn't take T-Mobile SIM card. Lol

I don't remember but I think so I would have to look. It comes with Android on it and you can put almost any app on it
