JACK the car up, remove the splash cover, use the breaker bar from the bottom, and remove the belt off from the bottom. Remove the bottom bolt , then come up top and finish doing the rest. 45 mins is the longest time . Us e the stubby socket or use the wrench on the ground for yhe bottom Bolt. Way easier

I have A TC3000 and it starts and works fine unless i get on it. Then it only lasts about 5 minutes then shuts off and will not let me turn it back on until it cools off. Now, if i get on it 4 like 3 minutes and keep it running. Just with no one on it. It will let me get back on it 4 another 3 minutes till it turns off again. Any ideas? My board is very dusty. Might that be my issue?

What i have done i just blocked the incoming side on control valve. Here in South Africa we never use the heater.

This was soooo clutch! Worked like a charm and saved me from pulling the whole console apart (on an 11 year old car, where every piece of plastic you pull on breaks). Only hard part for me was that each and every piece in each little door had separated, so fishing them all out to then put the new ones in was a knuckle buster for sure.

My girlfriends XB has a loud whirring sound i noticed some play in the tensioner pulley but it spins freely. Water pump, alternator and ac compressor spin freely. The tensioner had some play or wobble when belt was off could this be what wrong judging by what i described? Ty in advance

Stupid German engineering , why they make it so hard for mechanics?

Couple of things - you cant dismiss that it needs to be unplugged, there are directional arrows on the belt, adjust the tracking in the direction of use and under power to accomodate for any movement.

Do you have the controls behind the steering wheel to adjust the volume and channels? My dodge has them but when I added the the radio which is also a BOSS, I lost control of the controllers to the steering wheel. Was wondering if you had to connect anything else or buy a different modular that have access to the volume and channel controls 10:17

Hi, happy new year by the way, I have a question, I got a 2005 ram 1500 5.7 hemi, I got a code p0404, I started checking the egr valve and before I did anything I noticed it was flooded in coolant, so i decided to remove it and when I was taking it apart, the first thing I did was remove the pipe and found that some one use a metal plate to complete seal that entrence so when i start to unscrew the otter side coolant started to come out of that side, now I never seen that before. Do you have any idea on why it’s coolant coming out from there?? From that hole where the egr it’s connected to on the engine ??? I will really appreciate any help, thanks in advance

Very good video! Specs show 65 ft lbs. for ball joint fasteners, 158 for hub nut and 76 for lug nuts. Maybe your model was different? Mine is 2009 Corolla LE.
