Thanks for sharing your helicopter ride over Mosi-oa-Tunya. Those falls have always amazed me due to the fact that the water flows is consistent and beautiful.The title, The Smoke That Thunder has such powerful essence, I get chills at the mention of it. Never been to The Motherland but just received my passport recently and I have began making plans to travel home.
Both Countries shared the Victoria Falls but you can only access the devil's pool on Zambian side. The largest part for that matter 1.5 km is in Zambia. 0.5 km in Zimbabwe. but the Falls can be seen better from the Zimbabwean side because Zimbabwe has a wider view of the Zambian side, while on the Zambian side you can actually feel & experience the falls if you get much closer to the Knife Edge Bridge in Zambia also Zambia has about 400 wetter falls hope you come in February to June Musi Oa Tunya will blow your mind lol 🇿🇲🇿🇼
I think you should sell some of your epic footage to the ZTA ( Zimbabwe Tourism Authority). I don`t think they have anything close to what you captured.
Even you AT must admit, that the Bunjee jumping episode was special. Who can forget the screaming. Even the nearby wild life must have scattered away for dear life. 😀😀 What's amazing though is you were able to hold onto the camera. MASSIVE RESPECT to your art girl. I just love this video & love Vic Falls more than anywhere in the world & am an adrenaline junkie/outdoors lady, but I'm thinking rafting in rubber canoes in a river loaded with crocs is a very dangerous idea. Just one single bite & you're in the river with them & then soon in their bellies. Yikes.....Though I am a hypocrite because when I lived there with my husband we went white water rafting which was crazy dangerous but ohhhhh what a blast it was.....Thank you for reminding me why I love Zim so much (though I have to admit I could not swallow the manpani worms..laughing...everything else yes).

What that crocodile guy said Is typically right they're Gharial yes but they are a sub species called the slender snouted crocodiles, there closest relatives are found in Australia same size and same diet, habitat fresh water bodies. They eat fish and insects and adult Slender snouted crocodiles are the same size as the big ones you are thinking of. The slenders are around swamps near the Equator and in deep forest in West Africa My point is Those are not found in Zimbabwe they're found anywhere going up from lake Tanganyika to west Africa.
From Kasane Botswana, a trip to Vic Falls is possible. There are travel companies that will shuttle van you across the Botswana border into Zimbabwe. The trip itself is about an hour but crossing the border is what takes time.
