- I was grumpy and stressed out all day, and literally filmed probably 15 minutes worth of footage completely comprised of me complaining. Video is short because I tried to make it less negative, haha. Believe it or not, I am excited to move and go to a new school.

Aw I love the UW campus. Favorite places: The quad (near the art/music etc buildings). Suzzalo reading room. The Henry Art Gallery Sky Space (best on sunny days). The coffee shop in the art building (Parnassus). The top floor of Allen library where you can sit at a table overlooking the HUB yard.
I absolutely love the architecture.
Beautiful campus!
My semester began 3 weeks ago, and it's actually quite fun.
Even though I'm not in college anymore, I love walking around campuses so thanks for that!

going back for my sophomore year on Saturday. I'm super excited because my first year of college was the best several months of my life. have fun.

it's so awesome to... be united with all these other people in starting school. we're all doing the same things- starting somewhere new, moving in. personally, i cannot wait until i move in on the 6th.

oh my gosh its so beautiful!! i'm going on exchange there for 6 months next year, you just made me triply excited, if thats even a word! Im so nervous so many forms and i get confused with the dates and 'quarters' and accommodation arghhh. ok stressed now :P

i've been having to get up early this week too. like 6:30. very grumpy. but i usually can sleep for another 3 hours when i get back home.

I started baking and pastry today.... Class at 6:30AM.... So not a morning person....

SO jealous of you not starting class for 30 days. We started yesterday. It's really not so bad, but I am missing summer.
Good luck in college. :) I'm going back to college myself this fall. I'm not even sure if there is orientation at my university or not. I'm stressed about college, too. Having anxiety doesn't help, either. Your campus looks huge. I bet I would get lost there. But, heck I get lost at my own university campus, too. :P

At my university, there's a random staircase in a field by the music building. It just goes up for like, 20 or so steps, then ends. I assume it's some kind of art, but I'm not sure. I've seen people walk up the stairs, so maybe not? Dunno.

Don't stress it. College is great. I loved it. I did a ton of goofing off. It was so much fun! Somehow still managed to make it out with a 3.52 GPA.
I just finished college and I have to tell you it was probably the best and worst years of my life. lol. While I didn't get to live the experiences of dorm life, i lived vicariously through my friends. My best advice to give anyone about college, is to not be afraid of trying new things. You will meet interesting people in very different places. Anyways, the campus looks lovely. You'll enjoy it. :)
Wow, I didn't know that anyone else went back to school as late as we do at Ohio State. It kind of sucks because all of your friends are gone, and then they're out a month earlier when Spring is being all pretty and glorious.

I've never actually been on the campus of UW, but it looks way different than both my school and any of the three schools my sister went to.

lol i suppose when you're out and can reflect it doesnt seem so bad.. but right now when i have four assignments to do.. its not so great! But yes its awesome fun at the same time, you get to meet people from everywhere and anywhere from all different backgrounds.. a lot different than high school :D

Man I'm already in my second week of school! But its my senior year in high school so im excited .....and sccared! (i still dont know what to do with my life!)
But hey, it looks like a beautiful place, that's gotta count for something. But I know what you mean, having an awesome summer end just for lots of new stuff to begin can stress you out.

this was my orientation day for grad school, and if you want stress try doing grad school after your undergrad
i started back at college today- my second year..and although i am not as scared and as stressed as i was last year at this time...i am still stressed a little..i am so not in the school mode yet that i am worried about my time management and some of my classes..argh curse school!!

As an old fart who's already finished undergrad and is currently in graduate school, I wish you the best of luck at college and hope you enjoy it as much as I did! I'm sure that once classes start you will be less negative about it. I'm at UW too...but it's the University of Wisconsin...you're at Washington right? Be happy and enjoy you're last few days of summer!
