This was a plan of my future home which I was dreaming .. nice plan

1) make the two bedrooms and one common bathroom in the second floor on the right also to the left. this will make the floor plan symmetrical both on right and left and all four bedrooms would have balconies to enjoy. But obviously with two common toilets
2) instead of maid room in the ground floor. It would be great if we convert the entire section as a two bed two bath rental unit and let the parking space remain .. would add a great rental value in any city if constructed
3) the first floor balcony is very well designed but the steps to main door is looking not very well connected .. if we can match the entry of the first floor with the balcony of the first floor bedroom .. the house will give a regal look and with staircase separating the sections both the sections would look symmetrical..
