The design is amazing, I absolutely love it! Just one piece of feedback: the stairs from the dining space could have been placed along the wall instead of going up from the middle, which would create more space.
The narrator bought soul to your architect, baffled if it is a real human voice or AI (guess it is the latter), but the choice of words were a charm, it is exceptional to try something new, no matter what, always a pleasant to watch your videos.

A suggestion, if you start adding elements of a more sustainable smart house in your design like having solar panels and natural green plantations for better cooling just a few to start with. Would love to see these kinda things incorporated into design
1. Genral Solution to Use Sump-Pump. 2. Further in Design there could be a Grating Designed & installed at Lower Level Entrance. 3. If Streets are flooded and Strom Water Drainage is choked this will get Flooded, so Avoid in those cities. Regards

Amazing design. What about if basement is flooded? what's the solution?
