I look forward to reading it, the ringing I have is out of control at the moment it’s awful, I’ve had tinnitus since my early 20’s. I went to the doctors who referred me to the hospital to be told “you just have to forget about it” I left in floods of tears feeling hopeless. you’re TH-cam channel has helped me massively so I thank you very much for that, I no longer feel like I’m on my own. :)

Just ordered! Love your books, they have really helped me! Just finished my first week of Tia Chi, been meditating for the last 3 months. 5 months since I got tinnitus and I am feeling pretty positive!

I have it bad. Ive had it for ten years. Recently Ive even had about three new noises. Finally, I was able to get one of the noises to go away for about 15 minutes. Then another day for over an hour. It did come back, but im able to get them all to fluctuate. So...if that can happen, it can go. Or, at least get a lot better. Julian is a great human. He has helped me so much and I look forward to working with him further. I know its hard, but you have to keep an open mind. What else have you got? I empathize with you all. I hear it over everything, but I also forget about it for a lot of the day too. There’s hope and you WILL be better than ok.

Thank you so much, Julian, for being such a wonderful trail blazer for people with this condition. Those of us who 'get' what you express about it, and about your healing from it, love you so much, appreciate you so much! I cannot begin to express my gratitude to you for being so largely instrumental in my own healing path, in being this "beacon in a dark storm". I am already nearly healed from my tinnitus of about 3 years, but I will be getting your book, and I will share this video, and your channel, with as many people as I can. Thank you. :)

I have a question Julian. Since you are experienced in body work. With the anxiety that comes along with tinnitus, have you heard of or experienced yourself a tight sensation along the jaw or other areas of the ear for a while after the "anxious moment" occured? I heard a sound that gave me an irrational fright and I am trying your body based practices out. I feel as if its the tight buzzy charge you have explained. Appreciate you input. Your book is a GREAT read. Highly recommend it.

Thanks for your positive feedback. I appreciate it. Yes the jaw can tense up with anxiety or with sudden sound. Parts of the body react to even thinking about them. On my training course we watched a film where the abdominal muscles were being tracked by ultrasound. When the guy looked at a diagram of the muscles in an anatomy book the muscules bunched up visibly.

Which one of all your books is the absolute best and the most helpful? I 'd want to buy them all but I'm a broke college student , lol can't afford all of them.

Dear Julian, I had sudden deafness problems for the last two months and now that the deafness has passed I am left with tinnitus. It began in my right ear only and I have managed to lower its intensity down, but yesterday it has spread onto my left ear aswell, which frightened me. I have watched all most all of your videos and I just wanted to ask if this is normal and if so how can i take the next step to hearing silence. Thank you very much, Nikola from Serbia.

Hi Julian, I just finished your book and I think it was wonderfully written. It is way more than a book on healing tinnitus it is a book on healing your life. I found it to be inspirational. It is like reading a novel and yet there are so many helpful insights and resources. I literally read it in 2 days. For those people who are skeptical of you and all the free advice you offer, I suggest they read your book. As a matter of fact, you don't have to have tinnitus to appreciate the life-changing messages. I have had tinnitus for over 3 years and I can honestly say your videos saved me at a time I needed your messages the most. I have worked at calming my nervous system based on many of your suggestions, along with speaking with you via Skype has helped my T back off. I highly recommend this book and for any of your viewers reading this, I am not in any way being compensated to endorse it.

hey julian, you are probably familiar with jordan Peterson given his popularity, im 19 and have had tinnitus for a year, not sure if your religious. Im not particularly. Obviously our understand of the universe is minuscule tho Jordan Peterson has really helped me broaden my view on the bible he explains the stories from the standpoint of psychological significance, i assume that helping others with tinnitus is one of the ways you orientate your life with meaning. i was wandering if you had any views on psychedelics and tinnitus. If youve never heard of Jordan tho bro i suggest you check some of his stuff out personal i think it would help you any pretty much everyone in today day and age. Cheers for the videos gonna start watching them more often, i fill my brain with too much of the negative perspectives of tinnitus. appreciate your work

my tinnitus was due to a chiropractor adjustment, do you think if i can learn to regulate and let go of m stress it will be the same and habituate? mine has to be down to muscles and nerves spasms, is it worth trying to reline my spine again?

I want to know if this will help tinnitus caused by sudden sensory hearing loss and not just tinnitus that comes on due to stress.

Thanks for your input. I don’t want to waste my money if it is geared toward people who just started having symptoms without hearing loss. I had a vertigo episode, which I never had before in my life and boom! Gone went my hearing in one ear thank God and then all the noise started. Ugh.

I’m sorry to hear this Danielle. I turned 60 in July and this happened in September. Right now I am sitting quietly reading a file and it’s not so bad. But once the tv goes on or there is noise it gets worse. My heart goes out to you.

Thea Stewart thank you Thea I am sorry to hear you also have this it's really horrendous I have found certain things set it off if I feel stressed or anxious if I eat certain meals now I just hope one day it goes and do all I can to stay calm maybe one day it will go for both of us x

Thanks Danielle. I sure hope so. I agree about the stress. Trying to minimize it is my plan of action.
