  • I am the Hemlock Case Guy. I have become highly skilled in these, the greatest garden tractors ever to be made. With that, there is special knowledge needed to keep them operating as intended.
I am NOT a dealer, I buy parts and pay sales tax when I need them. There are Case & Ingersoll parts dealers in Barneveld, Wisconsin, and Plymouth, Michigan that I have used and both are fine parts dealers. Use Google and you will find them. For Onan parts, there is none other than boomersonanparts .com
I am not the person with nor do I know a person or person's that has every hard to find implement there is. I can tell you that YOU must be diligent in searching, must be willing to drive, must not trust many sellers, many are either ignorant and/or crooked. Before you leave and be very willing to buy a package with way more than you need to get what you want. Then you can be the guy with good stuff for sale.

Great job explaining the EZ clutch, it’s a tricky thing.

My case 222 still runs strong. Unfortunately the blades disengage if I don’t keep my hand on the lever. Could the be a symptom of the clutch not being adjusted correctly?
    Thanks- Ryan.

Thank you for making this video! I just have one question. In my manual it shows a fat washer going on Before and after the friction disk? Should I put the fat one on before the friction disk aswell?

I've adjusted a lot of these clutches, but they already seem to have the Belt on with the attachment little Trickier then .

Is it not necessary to torque the outer? Nut to 45 foot-pounds as the book says.

Best video on the EZ clutch I've found. Thanks! Any chance you know where I can get the guide nut (the large adjustment nut)? I managed to break one. (Don't ask ;))

When working on things like this you must be exactly correct or it is wrong. There is no close enough quite often. You will need to remove all the parts are review the clutch manual, that is not an option for not only having all the parts but that they are on correctly. There is no I did it right and it still does not work situation. I am sorry but I cannot tell you what you did wrong.
