What's gunpla fam? Today we're unboxing and reviewing the Limited Clear RX-78-2 Beyond Global. If you're a Rx-78-2 fan or just like insane amount of dynamic poses, this gunpla will be a unique addition to the collection. Let’s move on to some of the highlights.
First up (mentioned already, yeah it’s that good) articulation! Specially in the leg/hip area, with some creative joints you can manipulate to just about any angle. Next the sleek design, while not the traditional concept, I found it a refreshing build. Simple and very straight forward, this will be a great starter kit or quick build. The price point for the standard release and clear is solid. I also like the additional open hand and trigger hand to add poses. Quick mentions of no polycaps and only 1 sticker for the eyes. Lastly the color separation is solid.
Just a couple minor flaws and one preference lol. The yellow armor around the base of the neck, comes loose and pops off when moving the head. Normally not an issue, but this is actually how the head attaches to the body. There some slight movement blockage at the torso (waist and chest connection). Just pull up a little to make some separation and should be good to go. Might pop out but that’s all. And now for the preference… lol the yellow is a weird highlighter yellow.
