Okay future tip for video production. Dont have a sound test where viewers need to turn up their sound to hear and then blast some loud music at the end of it.
@@boydolson5350 oh it's something. If I had a kid sleeping and it was on speaker, I'd be annoyed rather than amused. But it was so loud after I cranked the volume to hear the fan, I can only imagine it was an intentional troll after having been a chill video the whole time. I'm sure most people hate the guy for it, and for understandable reason; I just thought it was funny.
Love the video, great production and music selection, I was already planning the build and you used most of the parts I was already planning on buying. Interestingly enough I was planning on a SFF water cooled but after seeing the acoustics portion of your build I changed my mind and saved a bunch of money as sound levels were a primary focus in my build. Switched the Noctua 140s and the Noctua NF-A14 PWM out for the Chromax.black versions just for my aesthetics. Just wanted to say thank you for the great video, watched it like 4 times getting all pumped for my new build, mostly because I liked the music :D
I built my first PC with this case in August. I used the Noctua NH-C14s for the CPU cooler. Probably one of the biggest coolers you can fit in the HYTE Revolt 3. It's doing great so far. Anyways, this video is awesome.
How did you fit it? I'm currently building mine with that exact setup and if I orient the heat pipe end toward the GPU, the radiator sticks out of the case. If I orient the heat pipes away from the GPU, the radiator sticks out to where my GPU won't fit. I haven't tried either of the other directions as I'm pretty sure those directions won't fit either.
@@SomeoneElseInTheComments You can rotate the heatpipes towards or away from the ram. I recommend the heatpipes facing the RAM. This is because the cooler is not centered, so other orientations will cause size problems. I didn’t mention that I placed the fan on top, because the total height of the cooler is exactly the max height for the HYTE Revolt 3. Based on your comment, it seems you may be using a Intel cpu, which has the ability to be mounted in all four 90° directions. AMD mounting only allows two orientations, which are 180° of each other. If you still don’t understand, I recommend watching my PC build video on my channel. Just make sure to mount the NH-C14s in the opposite way that’s shown in the video. I later realized it was just slightly too wide for the back panel to close fully.
@@Noodlepunk Yeah, I think the HYTE Revolt 3 would be great for travel. That’s what it was meant to do. Since it has a handle and can support more than the Phanteks evolv shift 2 air, It’s a great option.
I have this case I just noticed that you could have popped off the front panel instead of unscrewing it, unless you had a pre production model. Love the build, Matt. I managed to squeeze the 7800XT Nitro + Sapphire card in mine.
Very cool I'm gonna be upgrading to a 12600k soon and upgrading from stock ibuypower parts to this case and power supply cant wait to do that since it will be super fun. :)
great build, but I wish we had more passive cases. Right now we seem to only have monsterlabo "the first" it is also a vertical case but has no moving parts so zero maintenance and noise, and the temps are the same as this case.
How did you get those cooling numbers? I built same pc and i'm getting 96c on my processor. I even cleaned and reapplied my thermal paste thinking it was possibly that, but still running hot. And the fans are running loud.
Just hours before watching this video, I ordered pretty much the same components lol. Would you recommend flipping the powersupply to exhaust? I intend to place the PC horizontally
Hello, amazing video production and great build showcase, congrats. Quick question, I'm about do a build on this case and all the other research I've done points me toward radiator liquid coolers instead of air like the Noctua you use here, so I'm a little concerned about it and I wanted to ask your opinion on it. Thank you!
hello, good luck. It was successful. I want to ask you something. I bought the same case. My ryzen 5 5600 processor. Is the noctua cooling you use used in the 5600? can i catch the same heat values?
Thanks for the video.. Great job.. looking for a compact audio production/gigging/editing portable PC. This looks like it could be a great option. Thanks!
anyone figure out how to slam in 2 top exhaust fans? Havent done it but a 80mm overlaps the other 80mm fan spot so does 70mm work or what works for 2 up top?
Such a relaxing build video. Loved it 💛
Thank you 💛 So pleased you enjoyed it 😁 Really looking forward to seeing more from HYTE.

pretty nice, case, didnt know it had the hideaway handle and pull out for headphones, thats cool

why did you opt for the L9a when the case can fit a larger cooler?
Great video but where is the exhaust? Is it don't really need it? How it works 😅

Are those 2 140mm fans enough for this build? I have the same fans with a similar cpu coolers.
Hiw come you skipped filming of PSU + SSD installation and cabling?
nice work.
You have me strongly considering switching out my AIO for a dramatically improved venting setup...
Might be a stupid question but what carrying bag | luggage is recommended to put this in if someone was to travel with this?
Great video!! I was wondering, would it make sense to put a very small fan on top to use as exhaust??

using same but 2 fan 3060ti and a 5800x same cooler too just turned up to 90%

2 intake fans vs CPU cooller? How are temperatures?
Whats better for this case, air or water cooled CPU?
where did you get that large mouse pad for your table it huge love to get one
the psu shroud is removable? a few centimeters can be gained to plce a vertical flat reservoir

both of the pwm fans are intake right?
Yes you can see the side with no fan hub cage so it means they're pulling air into the case
