its a great video but, I am kinda unsure what do you mean by end bit ? like a allen key or hex bit?

Will brake fluid over flow when piston is pushed back, what about picture on caliper bolts
Unfortunately, we do not have this information.

The caliper mounting bracket bolts should be thread locked. Haynes recommend replacing them too, though finding new ones isn’t easy.
