Thank you ma'am for the comprehensive discussion. I intend to know what is the cause of hyponatremia in hypothyroidism and what is its management.

Hypothyroidism leads to hypoperfusion of kidneys due to reduction in cardiac output. The resultant decrease in Gfr may trigger ADH release and produce retention of water leading to dilutional hyponatremia.
