I have the same issue but with a 4900 modification to DTF, my whites dissapear , after few cleans some line comes back, i already changed the capping station, dampers, but still stuck still not working :)) now i saw this video , i will try to change the whole ink tube and everything, i flushed the head with reverse flush , and waterfall all nozzles was firing so i dont think is a head issue
Hi i have an epson 3800 , converted recently to dtf and 1 white and black not print 100% nozzle test ( i think is on same damper (with that different damper) so yesterday i tried to pull ink from damper with syringe and for few prints everything works perfect but after the same thing , so maybe you have any idea what can be my problem ( dampers and capping station changed)
Hi, I have a question for you, epson 3880, can you tell me why it doesn't print at 2800ppi, only a large soft and clear halo comes out, instead at 1440 the image is defined, but rather clear. test print is ok. Thanks for the reply, Merry Christmas from Italy.
Hey! I'm new to all of this but I am having bad nozzle prints. I took my damper and lines off band tried to pull stuff out of the dampers but couldn't get it all. Do you have a video on how and where to do the cleaning on those lines?
If they are severely clogged then they are in need of replacement. The filters inside them will not allow ink to pass through, what you can do is put them in a warm cleaning solution and try to suck it through the outlet to the print head. In my experience you can sometimes get white to come through but its often wont be enough flow for good nozzle checks
Im using a freejet and i get a good nozzle check after priming but after 2 head cleans my whites go from about 95% to about 10% , the capping station is a month old as well as dampers. What do you think from experience could cause this? I also soaked and waterfall and all the color nozzles come out to about 99% good and no deterioration after head cleans. Room temp is about 66 degrees and humidity 55-60%
Hi, i have a problem , so i have a dtf printer modified from epson 3880, and in one white tube ink not coming i do several head cleanings i clean the capstation, i tried to syringe the damper but idk how to do because nothing not coming, any ideas what can i try?
Use a syringe and pull ink through the damper , printer on, manually undock the head and remove the damper assembly as a whole unit and put the syringe in the bottom of each white and pull ink through
@@planetpodcast5607 Thank you i tried but the top line not working so, what you think , if i change the damper will be okay? (and i need to change the switch damper aswell or is enough to change the normal damper behind of switch damper? :) thankyou

How did you move air from the lines?
suck it out of the Dampers with a syringe
