Scott is the true definition of never judging someone because of their expressions or appearance. He had the biggest heart of them all and yet he was so scared to speak out because he knew he was a big guy and might scare people. I bet in the gym he would be one of the first to approach an out-of-shape or inexperienced person to give them a helping hand and encouragement. A lot of really scary looking guys are just big teddy-bears on the inside.
But heck is it SO satisfying to watch him walk into that kitchen and demand head-chef respect for Aaron. That cute teddy-bear will rip your head off if it comes to it. xP

I don’t know the guy personally, and if I recall he WAS in trouble at one point for abusive behaviour towards employees, but with that being said, nowadays at least I get the sense that he’s more professionally angry than mean in general.
Like, he gets annoyed over his passion and life’s work being done poorly by people in the same station as him, but you can even see that he’s more lenient with waiters and the like - he’s typically rather supportive to anyone who isn’t a chef, owner, or outright disrespectful/ obviously fucking up in a way that anyone can see.
