Today every landship goes head to head in a 25 vs 25 Tournament to see how well each one does while using AI to have the same skill level. Which landship do you think is the best? You might be surprised but let’s find out.

If your wondering why the regular T-28 is higher BR than the T-28 (1938), its because it has higher pen, it just happnes in a battle like this that the higher pen didnt really matter that much when facing another T-28 which doesnt have armor
aight then how do I use T-28(1938) it can’t pen a panzer 4 but the T-28 can?

the SMK has a shell that can pen 94mm,tog frontal armor is 101mm thick

with the great war kit the TOG II has a 76mm weakspot on the frontal plate, additionally, while the front is 126mm, the turret sides are "just" 84mm, so if it can catch it at the right angle, it can go through and since it's a soviet APHE, it just need to penetrate once

The NB.Fz.s Disadvantage there was not being able to move, it's paper. Additionally, the extra turrets of the T-28 works as spaced armor, the Neubaufahrzeug only has a low pen APHE and a Heat. Although I'd normally put my money on the Nb.Fz. it's my favorite tank
Got 23 kills with it once. That double gun really throws people off. The APHE is good enough to explode most people but sometimes you need a few of solid shot for annoying uptiers. Overall the heat is okay if you hit the right spots.
overpressure was the decisive factor. If the nbfz had their heat, they would have been fairing better.

The 2C Bis creates so much spall inside the other tank even though it cannot pen. The G6 go along the same line, it can only pen 63mm (if I remember right) but can kill Panthers
its called overpressure, not spall
It hits the turret and goes through the roof of the hull.
No, it does pen, it pens the roof armor. HE does no spall if it doesn't pen
to be honest i think that the events with players where better cause there is just so much more that can go wrong or good

Oh interesting and thanks for letting me know. I’ve mainly been doing these with AI because when I had tried doing an event with these vehicles in the past people just didn’t have them or enough to do an event.
@@ThunderWithMuffin since if played a little more know i maybe am able to take part in an event but its worth the try it doent even need to be that big if its not many people maybe just a 6v6 or something cause 100vs100 or something is funny but a something like a 6v6 is more oriented and Concentrated

@@SirMikato obviously the AI, I want player vs player. It is so sad that something I waited for a long time is made with AI instead of an actual match.
Something funny is that the tech tree 2C has more explosive filler in its APHE than the IS-2

@@nineonine9082 Lets call it an "early variant" with 30mm of frontal armor. Could be foldered with the tech tree 2C at 2.0 or even 1.7 like the premium bis.

Fun fact about the C2 Bis it can pin and kill high tier tanks and that if you have the shell land on a sweet spot of the enemy tank (this will vary from what tank it faces.)
Is the char 2c with 2 turrets can be a land ship, shouldn’t the grizzly be a land ship too?

It’s the largest tank in the game, so I think it deserves the title of land ship.
It also should have 4 machine guns instead of 2 as the two on the side just don’t work for some reason.

The M4A1 76 works good as well against the tog

Lets be honest, we all new the T28 stood no chance against c2 bis.
Why not doing CEV VS AVRE bot
The Independent+Nbfz is definitely the worst but if it wasn't for its design, most of these others wouldn't exist. Ones like the T-35, T-28 and Ro-Go were heavily inspired on the Independent's design with a trend of multi turreted tanks lasting throughout the 20's and 30's.
Tog II is absolutely the best Landship by far. Best gun and armour. Though irl, it wouldn't be very effective. Too obsolete and expensive.

curious you think results would be different if it were players and movement was allowed? flanking shots would kill tog for the smk
With AI it’s nice because different skill levels are not involved but with players it’s nice because you get to see the vehicle to its full abilities. I’d say it would change the results a little on some like the T-28’s maneuverability was better then the those it was compared but other I don’t think the results would have been very different.
@@ThunderWithMuffin2C bis could reverse back to cover - could be covered by its teammates etc. I think you should re-do the test with real players. Even if the result doesn't change it will be way more interesting.

The T-28 (NOT 1938, the 1.7 oe) has a vastly better gun than the lower BR T-28. It has almost like double the penetration or something.

If we are counting large crew, 2 cannons in weird placement/turrets and at least 1 machine gun turret, wouldn't that make the Lee a land ship? Its pretty much the same as the SMK, Same crew, 9 inches taller, 7 inches skinnier and 2 feet shorter. They both have 7 crew, a 37mm, a 75mm and multiple 7.62mm guns. The Lee is 5 tons heavier but has better armor and speed.

The poor independent 😭 the armor it's not the worse armor, but it's the worse configuration, and the gun is not so great also...
But i think the independent and the Nbfz are the worst landships in survivability
