Even though Stiles is not really STILES here, it's still hard to watch Scott and Stiles looking at each other as enemies. Also, I loved the ending part where Scott, still in agonizing pain and almost died, asks "Is he OK?!" Their friendship runs very deep!

Everyone's commenting on O'Brien's great acting here, which it is, but in this scene I actually think Posey matches him beat for beat. Arguably the best Stiles-Scott scene ever and it's one where there is not an iota of humor, which is usually their staple.

I think people comment on O'Brien more because its so out of character for him to play a villain (though he's so good at it). To be honest, Scott's pain isn't all physical from my perspective. Posey did a great job conveying not just physical pain but shock, fear, betrayal and concern all in one setting. They both did an amazing job.
This scene gave me goosebumps. The phenomenal acting on Dylan and Tyler's parts. And deaton's awesomeness. What made this scene, for me anyways, was the look of absolute fear and terror on Scott's face as the nogitsune was talking to him. BONECHILLING.
But Scotty doesn't even think twice about asking about Stiles. He just got a fucking weapon ripped from his body and the first think he asks is about Stiles and doesn't care about himself. Scotty, my bae is too much.
The best thing about what Stiles did as the villain is that he did it all with only himself; using only his sly wit. All of the other villains had to go through a major physical change in order to be menacing to be even considered the "villain." Peter. Jackson. Jennifer. So in a way Stiles was truly a trail blazer of the series, in my opinion more than Scott.
Stiles is definitely my favorite. He’s awesome and didn’t deserve this. The weird thing is, I now can’t finish reading maze runner without thinking of stiles. Even thought I haven’t even watched maze runner yet

I loved this scene so much because of the pure intensity between the two characters. Seeing the Nogitsune turn the tables and gain more power was literally my favorite scene of that season.
I always believed that stiles was actually the perfect host for nogitsune..i mean as we all noticed that stiles is just a human but he has this strange ability or another level of intelligence that makes him perfect for figure everything out.. not just a smart boy but also a brave one ..but sometimes you have to wander what if all what he was going through was effecting him very badly.. like he is on the average of breaking down but covered it by being funny.. optimistic and trying his best to be helpful.. the nogitsune really just uncovered stiles's darkest thoughts .. give him a chance to be powerful .. he knows that stiles was damaged from all of that so he went after him .. he wants him in particular cause i still remember when he took control of Oliver's mind..he could easily used Oliver to make a chaos but no.. he just wanted Stiles.. In my opinion.. nogitsune and stiles were two sides of the same coin ..one is hiding while the other just showing it up 😢 everyone can be a good or bad person depending on their choices.. Stiles choose to be a good person and that's what all matters ❤

People lavish praise on Dylan, as they should, but Tyler Posey has consistently done the difficult yet brilliant job as Scott since season 1. It's almost harder to be the perfect hero, and he does it so well. It's a pity he's overlooked by fans.
The thing that I love the most about this scene is the way the Nogitsune toys with Scott. He looks fed up and bored when he knocks out Kira, and then despite the fact that he just bashed her head into the exam table, he still approaches Scott like he's trying to calm a spooked animal. "'S okay. Okay?" And Scott's just staring at him like he's hoping Stiles will "come back" and he won't have to hurt his best friend. Then after the Nogitsune has what he wants again, it's back to just being "above" everyone else and possibly being annoyed that this pack of idiots is what he has to work with.

Tyler did really well expressing the pain of when Stiles was turning the sword around especially when Stiles asked if it hurt and Dylan was just wow he’s an amazing actor both of them are on point
I kinda had a feeling this was gonna happen. Come on, we all knew he was possessed. His best friend and a handful of people knew. I understand Scott was trying to have hope that Stiles was able to gain control of his own body but there was a good chunk of time where we didn't know where Stiles was until the Nogitsune uses Argent's high tech werewolf dog whistle to make his presence known and completely put his plan into action. I think it was hope against hope because Stiles was too physically and mentally broken to gain control until Deaton injected the fox poison. I loved how they did and Dylan O'Brien just keeps impressing me as an actor. Kept me guessing. Also, I don't want to tell a Nogitsune how to do it's evil but he had Kira at his mercy before slamming her head against the examination table. If I had the one person who could stop/destroy me, I'd kill them. Either the Nogitsune is toying with Kira or he knew that if he did so, her parents would stop at nothing to kill him. Also does the Nogitsune have superhuman strength? I know Kira wasn't weak enough to be subdued by Stiles if the Nogitsune just had Stiles' normal strength and he slammed her head pretty hard against that table I hope that they get the Nogitsune out of him. My prediction is Scott might give Stiles the bite, which could prove helpful in destroying the Nogitsune and save him from his terminal alignment. This episode raise SO many questions!
Yeah, you're probably right about the bite and that itself could raise questions. Scott is a True Alpha and we don't know if a bite from one of them will be different or the same from a normal one.

Before I watched the show I was always under the impression that Stiles himself became possessed and turned evil. When I watched this season and it turned out to be a separate stiles, I was pretty disappointed. There’s so much potential with Stiles turning evil. Wish they would’ve capitalized on it further

Before I watched the show I was always under the impression that Stiles himself became possessed and turned evil. When I watched this season and it turned out to be a separate stiles, I was pretty disappointed. There’s so much potential with Stiles turning evil. Wish they would’ve capitalized on it further
