Kate Argent was a good villain, she killed the Hales prior season 1 and created the Berserkers in season 4, but redeemed herself by killing her father (Gerard Argent) in season 6. Peter Hale was a great villain, cunning, deceptive and a general psycho/sociopath, but he was also redeemed in season 6 by sacrificing himself to save Malia Gerard Argent was a Meh at best, calculating and intelligent but was outsmarted nonetheless, season 6 I thought that at least he would do something, but mentoring a vengeful PTSD teacher, BRUH Deucalion was an OK baddie, but not a villain, he just wanted to become the demon wolf of legends (la bête du gévaudan) he redeemed himself in season 6 saving a group of werewolves on the run Jennifer Blake (Dark Druid) was just seeking revenge, by all means necessary, killing and maiming doing all kinds of sacrifices, met a sub-part end. The Dread Doctors were cool, but that's it... all they did was working for the single purpose of reviving La Bête du Gévaudan. And La Bête was also good but a mindless monster when transformed. Theo Raeken was pawn, a means to an end, a failed experiment. thou he was redeemed in season 6, should have stayed in the underworld. season 6 Nazi Were-Lion-Wolf-chimera..... WTF is wrong with writers at this point is beyond me. Even the Ghost Riders were a mediocre concept. Void Stiles managed to psychologically scar every single one of his friends, families and manage to kill a main character of the series (Alison) he plotted everything from start to finish of season 3-B and it took the combined effort of the whole team to defeat him... so yeah Void Stiles is the BEST villain of Teen Wolf and he has the award to prove it. One more thing that I wanna add is that Teen Wolf should have ended in season 3. but due to popularity it was pushed to season 4 and so forth AKA more money and at least the storyline is easier to follow than The Vampire Diaries.
Deucalion redeemed himself long before S6. He redeemed himself in S4 and S5. He's the one that sent Braeden to save Derek and Peter from the Caleveras in S4. Theo was more than a pawn. He was a master manipulator. What he did to Scott's pack was his own doing. Not at the behest of the Dread Doctors. I'd rank as follows: 1. Void Stiles/Nogitsune, 2. Deucalion, 3. Peter, 4. Theo, 5. The Dread Doctors.

I have panic disorder and it pretty much destroyed the final semester of my senior year, especially with corona and everything on top of it. I didn't get to graduate with my class, had to be put on meds, lost about 3 whole months of my life to screaming, crying, and thinking I was gonna die in my sleep. It's been deeply traumatic, though I'm doing a lot better now. I started watching this show about my 3rd month into the disorder and seeing Stiles wake up screaming and crying felt like a punch to the gut, but it also helped more than anyone could ever know. Seeing a character on screen while I was laying down, unable to leave my house or hardly leave my bed without immediately having an attack, it felt comforting to see someone living the same as me, and making it to the other side.
you can already tell that they were already having to skimp on money for lights in order to keep Dylan around. Sure, let Daniel and Crystal run away, but fork over whatever cash you have to in order to keep Dylan happy and on set. and he's worth every cent.

Honestly I watched the show just for Stiles. This season was the only thing that made it worth it.
I have panic disorder and it pretty much destroyed the final semester of my senior year, especially with corona and everything on top of it. I didn't get to graduate with my class, had to be put on meds, lost about 3 whole months of my life to screaming, crying, and thinking I was gonna die in my sleep. It's been deeply traumatic, though I'm doing a lot better now. I started watching this show about my 3rd month into the disorder and seeing Stiles wake up screaming and crying felt like a punch to the gut, but it also helped more than anyone could ever know. Seeing a character on screen while I was laying down, unable to leave my house or hardly leave my bed without immediately having an attack, it felt comforting to see someone living the same as me, and making it to the other side.

Dylan O’Brien is an amazing actor. This is particularly impressive because he has no formal training. Void Stiles really showed off his capabilities.

The fact that void stiles isn’t just cunning, vile, and invincible but he’s throwing a werewolf with years of experience around like a rag doll. This was the most powerful villain on Teen Wolf.

Well neither did Derek's when he bit Gerard. From my understanding it did cure his cancer but the mountain ash was doing something to his body. I thought it was because he had beome a werewolf was the reason why the mountain ash was affecting him but even after Chris fixed him, he was still normal

I think actors who can play two different characters in one show that are significantly different and the audience can tell the difference between the two are AMAZING. And Dylan O’Brien and Nina Dobrev do that perfectly.
