You have helped to clarify many questions I had and find everything you shared to be the most interesting to me. I have a similar dream as to your home and I will begin building within two months. I live in the Southern Desert region of Southern California. Only approximately 40 miles from Death Valley, Ca. It's very challenging to live in such a hostile environment as the Desert, but I've lived in this area for about 50 years (my whole life). I am preparing to live off grid completely. I have purchased ten acres of land and it is fenced. I already have the proper paperwork to build my tiny home and my dream is coming truer each day. Thank you sir....live happy and loving always.

Layout is good but the color of the sofa brings monotony, try Olive green or or odl stone blue for accent, if you ask me.
