Instead of using tabs on fiddly little shapes like the small letters, I set my depth of cut to 1 or 2mm less than the depth of the material, then flip the material and use a facing bit or a palm sander to remove that 1 or 2mm. Then the letters just fall out. Both the sign and the shop are looking great Hunter!
Thanks! Yeah I feel super lucky to have the shop space, especially in LA where space is limited. It's taken me a while to get to that point. This is something I do on the side in my free time. My full time job supplements my projects, which I'm really thankful for. Maybe one day it will turn into a full time thing!

That's a great idea! I will have to try that, b/c it takes forever to set tabs haha.
