- In this video I'm sharing the 6-Step process that will help you keep organized throughout your Kaizen event. This is (roughly) the same process that you should use for every Kaizen event.

I have always said, you have to do the job. Experiencing the position, for at least one day.
Define, measure, analyze, improve, control!
Love this!!!
Thanks this is really simple and easy to follow
Thank you!
Great presentation
Excellent tutorial thank you
Your welcome!
I'm competing in a Kaizen competition hoping to put together my own team.
Sounds fun.
Another great video, Chad. Am i wrong, or do I sense some DMAIC here? Sounds somewhat similar. I am subscribed since the beginning of Covid, and learnt so much. gave a boost for my CV, without doubt.
Thank you so much! There are certainly some of the same steps...similar to PDCA, PSP, 5P, 8D...etc...they all kind of follow the same format..some are more "in-depth" than others (like DMAIC). However, when we think of Kaizen and Root Cause Analysis (or Problem Solving) there are different triggers that require different tools. I'm doing a video on that one in a few weeks! Again, thank you for your support! I appreciate you subscribing and love getting feedback like this. Please share with any friends or colleagues that may be interested! It would certainly help the channel (and me 😊) out.
Great video Chad. Thanks!
Could you please check you link to the kaizen blueprint download? I tried to follow it but it led to an error screen.

Dear sir
What is the difference between
Kaizen
Kaizen event
Kauzen blitz
Blitz (in crisis management, solution at once)
Kaizen and Kaizen Event are the same...also Kaizen Burst...I use Kaizen Blitz for 1-2 day events and Just Do it for quick improvements (2 minute to a few hours)...hope this helps!
Thank you so much dear sir
Anytime!
