I took out my TC Encore 209x50 Muzzleloader and shot 84 grains by weight 2F Triple 7 and shot .9” to 1.3” 3 shot groups with these at 1738 FPS. I am really comfortable with accuracy, ease of loading and cleaning… plus I bought my T7 from you for a lot cheaper than BH209 this is going to be a game changing bullet.
I'd love to see the Traditions Vortek StrikerFire VAPR LDR with the 1-24 inch twist barrel shoot the Hornady ELD-X 350 yards. It would defiantly be exciting to see how it preforms.
One Fouler, did not clean the bore for the rest of the shots. We where using the new Accura variflame breach plug with mag large rifle primers and blackhorn 209..
Same reason people are obsessing over being rifle fighters in the survivalists/prepping world. They listen too much to folk who're sponsored and the market reacted accordingly...and poorly
Still…….. not………. In………… stock………………………. Why not wait to announce it until you actually have some in stock to sell to the customer? Thanks for nothing hornady.
Have made several orders from you guys past 2 months when I found you all...FANTASTIC SERVICE AND LOWEST PRICES

I need to see bullet performance after the shot. Does it mushroom for knock down
Maybe I missed it but how many grains of blackhorn were you using. Did you weight it?
Looks great. If I ever pick up muzzleloading again, and I likely will, this is at the top of my list.
I guess I missed the sharing of information on your propellant brand and volume for this test of the Horn day 340 gr ELDX

Curious about the powder you used; the powder volume/weight; the ignition source; was each shot a clean bore?
One Fouler, did not clean the bore for the rest of the shots. We where using the new Accura variflame breach plug with mag large rifle primers and blackhorn 209..

Why the heavy high BC 50 cal....? the gun world has gone a little long range crazy...?? To many can't hit at 100 yds.
