Nice to see the new Terminal B post-security area! 13:41 That's a gorgeous water fountain show, and all the colors and patterns are pretty! Impressive! 😍 I like the high ceiling, as it looks much more spacious compared to the old terminal. 😃 It looks like a mall in there with all thr shops and restaurants. This is my old neighborhood East Elmhurst Queens. I grew up playing in this airport as a kid long before airport security was a concern. I love the new look although I fly mostly out of Newark I do appreciate the style and class incorporated into the new renovation. There's no place like home. Keep up the great work

Wow, night and day from the "old" LaGuardia (even from just 3 years ago, the last time I was there). Low ceilings, skinny walkways, cramped gates, minimal amenities, zero aesthetics, all the issues of the "old" airport layouts. Much nicer now! Thanks for sharing.
I missed seeing your videos of NY/NJ (I was sad to see you had moved). I usually watch at home on my big screen tv, it was like looking out of a window. I thought it was funny when you saw people running/jogging at night in Florida (thinking perhaps something was wrong, lol).
I recognize the section at 5:17! It was back in 2012 during my 5th year in College when I visited New York again for the second time. And when we landed, I remember walking through this section along with my College Mates. :) No wonder it looks so familiar!
It's wild, the pilots comparing landing at LaGuardia to landing on an aircraft carrier, only difference, that aircraft carrier is moving, baby, moving!!😎

Had a layover in laguardia and had to go to a different terminal to transfer international had to go outside on some walk way and thru security again. It was cramped and crowded in there but they were making up grades to it at the time I remember
This is the airport that Chesley Sullenberger left and ran into birds which forced him to land in Manhattan. I remember seeing the plane on the Hudson from my office window. Year this airport was dismal and shabby but the closest to Manhattan and the cheapest to get to by city bus and train.
I love that tile mosaic by baggage claim it reminds me of pixel art. I recently watched a music video with clips from the movie Pixels but I'm not going to watch pixels again
Wouldn't a showerhead like that ceiling fountain be the Coolest thing, especially the rings of water that come splashing down!?!? Looks a lot like Lindberg Field in San Diego which also chose to remodel instead of building something new. And just like San Diego it looks to be all cosmetic, something nicer to look at and deal with. Same underlying problems are still going to be there.
Just for fun, I took a screenshot of the menu at the Brooklyn Diner & zoomed in. $4 for a plain cup of coffee, $24 for a hot dog, $20 for a burger and $11 for a beer. I know it's an Airport, but WOW, New York. 🤪😆 That fountain was wicked cool though.

The fountain must be on a timed show mode. It gives a show at certain times.

I live in Nova Scotia and have noticed with our local airlines that it is much cheaper to fly to LGA than JFK. Is this like this with US airlines?
