yeah you learn a lot about the law in prison, a lot of laws are bad on the flip side. we just aren’t told about those sides

@@johnnyvincent8995 I mean, slavery existing in any way is sorta bad. It's bad because there are clauses that allow for exploitation and unfairness.
It's also bad because it feels like law enforcement follows the letter of the law instead of the spirit of the law as it should.
@@DarkSol16 but that bad position to take because now it is 「any form of slavery bad an prison work is slavery」but if in america thirteenth amendment appealed that give ammunition to people who say 「capitalism is slavery you are wage slave」an so on。if break law you need punishment it make sense for criminal not only serve prison time but force labor especially when that labor help state、it is giving back、it also good because it give prisoner routine an motivation、some prisoner not have responsibility before an when get out they will be good worker given they no go back to crime、name force labor sound bad but i see as rehabilitation。i remember boot camp in military、actually had do two separate because i change role、it was hard an grueling but it help me in future。

I think Snow's nephew's name is Jose Luiz "Cheeze" Orona. He was shot three times by officers in Texas during the time Kyle was in prison.

I’m kind of new to PKA but I like watching all the stories you guys have! Taylor’s game day parking spot throw down. Lol. Kyle’s prison stories all in general are amusing and interesting to see the man behind FPS!
I was in your boat not too long ago and yes he has lots of advice he actually has a old series on youtube called mail mondays its interesting as you see the letters start from 12yo and over time the letters talk about retirement and marriage but overall look at woodysgamertag (the channel) scroll a bit and you will see his vids

There are some good people in prison that were just put in rough circumstances. Snow helping guide Kyle through prison politics and that other black guy he traded the radio sound solid

Justin was walking on the road. With a metal pipe acting erratically. Was stopped by the police officer lunged at him and was shot three times once in the face. It could be that it is another person. But it would be one hell of a coincidence.

Is it even possible to get less than a year in prison? In my state if you get sentenced to more than 1 year you get sent down the road. If it's a year or less you sit in county jail.
It probably depends on the type of violation. Maybe they send you to prison if it's a felony?
Kyles case was federal, not state. Federal charges get you sent to prison.

I was always told the reason behind prisoners doing jobs is for them to repay a debt to society. Then again prison is supposed to be both punishment AND rehabilitation. All these sound like good ideas, but the government is not known for making things that work.

7:40 in and I just realised that Bruce isn’t there... was he there at the start of this vid?
First time I went to county jail and was just put in a small cell block with like 37 other dudes in it I couldn't BELIEVE how loud it was!!! Folks are standing 2 feet from each other and just yelling over one another! It legit sounded like a zoo! That was a 33 days stay and first thing I bought when my money came in was earplugs! I then had to go back for a 7 day stint for a whiz quiz failure, to my horror they took earplugs off the commissary!!!! Luckily those were my longest stays and I haven't been back since that 7 day stay, been off papers going on 7 years now!

The shower situation is different in every jail I was a CO at a DOC prison and there was only a few 14 cells that were used for lockdown for people that fuck up and 6 doorms with beds all on the floor small beds around the edges were bunch beds and the middle of the floor were just beds and there was only one thng that’s blocked a toitlet but there was about 5 toilets all beside eachother except one and there was a hip high metal cover on the last toilet and the showers were behind it also 6 shower head in a square box and everyone showered on each other basically

Conclusion- there áre holes in this story.
Most of the time when someone calls you out or implies rape or whatever it's just to see how you react and find out are you gonna be a man or not.
Rape really doesn't happen in prison like it used to these days gay people are open and there's plenty of them in prison that will give it away for free. There aint no reason to rape anybody they're just trying to pull your man card.

ffs lads you're asking someone who went from owning over 100 guns(and LOVING IT!), living on a massive Ranch where his only "job" was to come up with crazy ways to show off his excellent collection, and premier new weapons that manufacturers were begging him to test,
driving Tanks,firing Artillery and HANGING UPSIDE DOWN FROM CHOPPERS holding a rifle...
to being locked down,locked up, pretty much defenseless and possibly facing a long term where death or rape is potentially around the corner...yeah let me think of the "funnest" part of that for ya.
Kyle is a legend...the rest of you need to get locked up on an indefinite schedule to work on your chuckles...now THAT would be a great podcast.

It was merely as a counterpoint to the rest of PKA other than Kyle being a good bit on the naive side,and that you seemed a little bit more streetwise.
My opinion on PKA has changed quite a bit since then,after watching a lot of the Podcasts I really like the guys and find their naivete to be more endearing than frustrating nowadays and have had some genuine laugh my ass off moments with them,
I have also realised the salient fact you just pointed out to me again in your reply...
Kyle is in control of his own life(I was gonna say "destiny" there but probably would have come across like a feckin' coin op Psychic!) :P ) and has the ability to say NO or to edit the questions.
I guess I was just feeling a bit worried for him(as if he needs my help lol!(one of the dangers of one way relationships on social media) as I didn't want him ending up back inside.

Made .63 a day doing everything from walking 15 to 20 miles running up and down ditch lines picking up trash(literally counted the mile markers as a way to time the day) guard was a sadist who would snort pills and try to hit the slowest man on the team. Then we all were ordered to rip out asbestos and illegally bury it, fucking bullshit.
Best job was the parks and rec. Old timers carried guns but were borderline ok with me since I worked hard and was knowledgeable since I did hvac and shit. Theyd bring me tobacco and pills sometimes hook me up with girls which was badass and gave me whiskey lol. Monday thru Wednesday I'd have the entire park cleaned up, weed eated, hand mowed where it's too narrow for tractors, and I'd use the "El Toro" (3 wheel bike with thick tires and some sort of accessory that was mounted to the back that you had to drive in circles to flatten and clean up baseball field where bases and mound is.)
They were amazed how fast and hard I worked so one day while I was fixing the office doors they gifted me a fishing poll and showed me the hidden spot to fish. So Thursday I'd fish and bring my catch back and theyd fry it up for me on Fridays.
They even went to bat for me when the sadist warden took all the tobacco out of my locker, that the park workers bought me, and took it back to the prison then when I showed up for work they tried to get me to tell where I got it all. I denied anyone of the workers gave it to me and blamed one of favorite pos guards which was recorded but he was oissed since he knew I was lying so he tried charging me saying that he was gonna file the report stating he founf the shit in mycell. He even asked me how would I look at myself knowing that my son wouldn't be able to hang with his daddy for another 5 years cuz I was covering for someoneelse. I responded on the same camera with a tid bit of knowledge I had against him that I got from an old lady in the courthouse that the warden of Simpson co KY lost his job in the highschool as a resource officer after gettin caught with underage kids so I asked how could he live with himself after abusing poor girls and how was he able to be a warden only because of his mommy and daddy cuz without them he is a str8 bitch!
I got beat up tough later on but when I left I told him I couldnt waitnto come back and do some fishing......... dude prolly still spooked ti this day lol
